Hotel Frank since 1666

Superb front desk person, great location.

Extremely steep stairs to the top floor room. OK for me, but won't work for anyone with mobility or balance issues.

The location, hotel and rooms' ambiance are wonderful! The staff was attentive and very helpful. We would love to stay there again.

The hotel is around the corner from the Rembrandtplein, which was great. However sometimes there was noise or bass pulsing from the scene there late into the night. If sensitive to that kind of thing, ear plugs and a calm-sound app will do the trick.

Authentically Dutch house on a canal and great location. Some tight stairs as you find in old Dutch houses. Worth it

Great location, easy to walk everywhere or hop on the Tram. Easy to access from Amsterdam Central station by tram.Note: There is no elevator at this property and stairs are narrow but staff were incredibly helpful with taking my luggage to and from my room. Just something to note if you have mobility issues.

Although it may seem as if Hotel Frank is out of the way, it's a very easy ride on the tram from Centraal Station.The staff are always on hand to answer any questions. On our next return to Amsterdam we would happily return to Hotel Frank.

The staff was extremely helpful and kind. As you may know, these old buildings in Amsterdam have very steep stairs. The staff was so kind as to take our luggage up for us and even brought it down when we were leaving. The atmosphere is very sexy and romantic and the location was perfect. So close to restaurants and coffee shops.

I really dont have anything negative to say other than the stair cases are like ladders, but it's to be expected. It's since 1666 you know.

Super nice staff, central location and a cozy room. They also let me check- in super late and check-out later free of charge. Highly recommend.

The location is in a good clean safe area.

We love the older European buildings, it is an inconvenience not having an elevator or AC. However, The desk person saw us as we arrived greeting us at the door, and told us he would handle our bags. We booked the room on the 3 floor. It looked out onto a courtyard and had a canal view. The desk person also carried them down on our departure day.

Bed was very comfortable. Staff was helpful. We paid way too much for a basement room with loud noise throughout the night. Due to the location, some noise was expected. However, the cost of the room was absurd.

Good location, near muséums, restaurants, trams nearby.

No breakfast in hotel. There are coffee shops nearby and the hotel has a 10% discount arrangement with a nearby coffee shop.It is also located in a somewhat noisy location.

The location was perfect! The rooms were very clean, and the staff very friendly. The room was cleaned every day, and there was someone in the reception desk all the time. Highly recommended!! We Will definitely visit this Hotel again!

There is no elevator, but for us this was not an issue, the staff in reception were very helpful and they helped with the luggages. Overall no negative comments.
