Clean, air-conditioned, close to train station.

The hotel is in an excellent location, only 5/10 minute walk to the train station and a short 7 minute train into central. Hotel was clean, staff were friendly. Room had air con and windows that could be opened. Bathroom was modern.

Water pressure in the shower was a bit low.

Central Location from and to the airport. easy access with public transport.

Daily fresh towels but bathroom was not cleaned daily.

The staff were very friendly and gave us lots of leaflets for attractions & places to explore. The room & main reception area were lovely also!

The room was much smaller than expected

During our stay, the window in our room was broken and could neither be properly opened nor closed. There was a visible gap, and cold air kept coming in throughout the night. It was extremely uncomfortable, especially during winter.The apartment is located directly along the main road, and the traffic noise at night was very loud. With the window unable to close properly, the noise became unbearable and made it very difficult to sleep.What was even more disappointing was the reaction from the front desk. Instead of offering any solution, room change, or compensation, we were met with a dismissive attitude and told that nothing could be done because the property was fully booked. There was no real attempt to help or improve the situation.Overall, this was a very uncomfortable experience and not what we expected. We hope the property takes responsibility and fixes these issues for future guests.

Really clean comfortable room, great staff support over 24 hours. Ideal location in quiet neighbourhood but with easy access to Amsterdam.

Good location if you arrive my car with onsite parking facilities. The staff were also very attentive.

Didn't get the bed type I had requested so needed to change rooms which was a bit annoying after a long trip. Rooms pretty basic and hotel full of stoned teenagers

The room is large, comfortable, quiet and well decorated.

The location is slightly remote, but still convenient.The staff was alright, but we had to wait and ring quit a few time before anyone noticed and opened the door.

Close to a big station but in a residential area so not much around in terms of restaurants or shops. Hotel offers board games to play and at the time I stayed, also a ‘Prosecco hour’ every day which was nice

Second time staying and the experience was good as always. Receptionists were lovely and very attentive. Rooms are spacious but the TVs need updating. The location is good a couple minutes walk to the train and metro stations which take you directly to central. About 4 stops to central and about 20 minutes from the airport.

Staff were lovely and friendly. The location was convenient only 1 stop on the sprinter from Amsterdam Centraal. They have prosecco hour daily ! The lounge and rooms were lovely and convenient. Housekeeping cleaned our rooms daily.

On the second day the cups we were given, one had a bug and dust inside. So we removed it from our room. After this we never used the cups again.

The location, the facilities! Good value for money

The shower drain was pulled apart when we walked in. We ended up with food poisoning from the bacon , we told the staff but we didn’t hear anything further

We stayed at Urban Lodge Hotel as two families and had a pleasant experience overall. The breakfast was good and offered a nice start to the day.The hotel is a bit older, but it is still practical and comfortable to use. It was suitable for our needs, especially for families traveling with children.We traveled by car and appreciated the free on-site parking, which was a big plus for us. Overall, it is a family-friendly hotel with good value for money.

We arrived late at night and experienced a small issue at the reception, but it was not a major problem for us.The rooms were spacious; however, the heating/air conditioning felt insufficient. As we stayed during the winter, the rooms felt a bit cold, which was slightly uncomfortable for us, especially as we were traveling with children.During our departure, maintenance work was ongoing at the hotel. We hope these improvements will make the hotel even better in the future.

Staff all friendly and helpful. Room very clean and spacious. Good coffee pods/machine in room was a nice touch. Fresh towels daily. Check in/out process was simple. Rooms quiet with great black out curtains. Hot water and good shower pressure.

It's a shame the "double bed" was just 2 single beds pushed together that would inevitably separate during the night and one or both of us would end up falling into the gap on the floor between the 2 beds. These beds are clearly not designed to be put together otherwise they would have some kind of locking mechanism I would assume. As a couple travelling together, we found it disappointing that we couldn't sleep comfortably in a bed together.

Location good for my needs

Facilities, staff availability, poor heating in a cold city.

The check-in was done in less than 5 minutes. The location was very well, the area is very calm. We really loved the breakfast buffet, plenty options. People at reception were very friendly amd willing to help. The space of the room was very big and it's well decorated.

In the room we had 2 days some dirty papers on the floor from the previous guests. The person in charge of cleaning our room didn't change our glasses and cups so we had to ask the next morning for some paper cups

The location is very close to the Amsterdam Sloterdijk train station. You are in the center within 5-10 minutes by train. Nice, clean hotel. Good breakfast with reasonable price.

We had a lovely stay. The location is very close to the Amsterdam Sloterdijk train station (roughly a 5-10 minute walk), so it is pretty easy to get around. The bedsheets were clean, and the beds were really comfortable. The staff were kind and helpful, and made us feel welcome during our stay.
