Location and hot water

Bathroom door is sliding, does not close 100%, shower doors allow water to splash outside shower, hallway and elevator had consistent bad odor. Tiny elevator. Only elevator access to rooms.

AC worked super well

Shower was weird, pillows were tiny little lumpy things, foam topper mattress thing was uncomfortable

Poor room. Skirting and door were damaged and fell off. Your site said all paid including taxes but the hotel charged ?69 before they even let us into the room in taxes.

Locations was super, Breakfast was really delicious. The Reception was also friendly

The rooms has to much dusts, was not clean The women at breakfast was every time angry (she need to smile a little bit) and not to eat before the people

The room was extremely tiny!! The check in was strict at 14:00, we arrived early and didnt get the room, even at 13:45

Heating went off every time one leaves room leading to very cold room most of the time I was there besides sleeping

Unable to sleep due to the noise from outside and the very poor windows.

The room was clean and modern

There is no lobby, there is no tea or coffee in the room, no fridge or microwave, room was a bit small, there was no gym, pool, or fitness centre, elevator can only fit 1-2 people. The room I would give 3.5-4 stars as it was nice, but the hotel, no.

Excellent location for people who prefer walking a city for those who prefer transport, street cars to Central station right outside the front desk. Staff are so wonderful. Front desk very helpful. Rooms clean and tidy, well appointed for the price point.

The location was perfect!! The room was a bit small but it's okay because we barely spent time in it.

Location was exceptional and views over the square were great. Elevator, room and bathroom were tiny. What we paid isn’t good value for money, but we must clarify that weekend all hotels were expensive.

Staff were nice. Cleaning service was good. Breakfast was poor in options and quality, with no local food.

Location was hopping! I appreciated the big manager like bouncer that made my daughter and I feel safe as it was our first time traveling

Small, hard to navigate the elevator with backpacks but ok once we were inGot an upgrade and thank goodness! We barely fit

Everything about the room, bathroom, corridors, hotel entrance and lift were tiny and not good at all average height and above people.

The location was amazing. I was happy with the decor and facilities of the room.

The bedsheets could of been cleaner, and the floor needed sweeping. Also, I wasn't happy that the TV signal was bad, and that I couldn't connect my phone to it. Very restricted.
