Surcharge for children despite having clearly listing them at time of booking. Rooms lack adequate ventilation for summer heat. Online photos innaccurate. Bathroom musty. Lighting poor. TV only allows access paid streaming services.

Very central, close to the transport station. The facility is clean and cozy. It’s very handy having a kitchen, which also includes a dishwasher.

First of all, great location! Close to a lidl and albert heijn, so you can grab some groceries and cook at the aparthotel to save some money on the trip. Also close to the trams and Albert Cuyp market. The Asian lady who checked us in noticed that we were a big group with a lot of luggages and offered us studios on the ground floor, so we ended up getting one free upgrade! She was super helpful and nice. You have to pay a deposit (which is normal for aparthotels), but they only accept credit or cash (no debit). If you do cash, you have to check out 10-15 mins earlier so they can do inspection and refund on the spot. The guy who checked us out was not as friendly but he was polite enough. They cleaned the rooms and took out our trash daily, which was very nice.

They have almost all amenities, except for washing machines, which is actually a huge downside!

Close to the art show I exhibited at. Private bedroom with second pullout bed in living for my colleague.

With bad dollar, I wish it was cheaper.

Apartment is very clean. And easy access to metro station and it’s in a good neighborhood.

Enjoyed the room, for a group of 3 it was nice to have a separate bedroom.

They collected a deposit and when checking out the machine wasn’t working and my card was charged twice and hopefully it was all corrected and I’m appropriately refunded. There is not much around this location to eat or buy groceries. For an Amsterdam hotel it was very strict but felt safe.

Room was big, good facilities, great location.

No lift, Some towels need to be changed.

The location is very good and the room was clean, which made it comfortable to stay with our two children.

It would be even better if the kitchen was equipped with more utensils

The location the room everything was perfect.. tram is just few minutes walk from the Appartment.. we had a wonderful stay. Checkin was seamless..

The Appartment we received was on the 3rd floor since it's old building there is no lift, so it was bit difficult to transport luggage. So please have a look or communicate earlier with the Appartment for a room at low level.

It was always someone at the front desk to help out. It was a very clean place and the extra space was nice. It also had a big bathroom. I appreciated the complimentary coffee pods for my morning coffee.

I wish there would have been a full length mirror and shelving or bench in the shower.

Location was excellent, very helpful and friendly staff.

A teatowel would have been helpful, to dry dishes!

The room was good and very comfortable. I was staying with my family.The staff was very responsive. Our induction had some issues which was frustrating however the staff was very responsive in mitigating the problem.The connectivity to Centraal station is just 3 mins walk.We had sufficient utensils, towels, and an iron board.

The locations was nice! The room was small but fine. Breakfast was not available.

The staff was helpful and very nice, although one of the receptionist was a bit rude. The place was expensive for what it offers.

Not suitable for babies, we needed to improvise many things. For example you cannot dim the light for naps, because there is a rounded window high in the wall from the living room. Also most of the electricity sockets connected on the floor level easily reached by the baby.

The room was very nice and spacious. One section for the bedroom and one for living room. very comfortable. .

The room does not have a window that can be opened.

Well furnished spacious apartment within 4 min walk to tram and metro stations. Grocery stores and restaurants were also very close. Rijksmuseum was a 12 min walk. If you wanted to, you can walk to almost all attractions and take the tram back. We had a wonderful time. The staff was very helpful and responsive. I would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone with a family of 4 needing space, comfort, access, and functionality!

Absolutely loved everything about this hotel! The room was spotless and very comfortable — exactly what you’d want after a long day exploring the city. The location was perfect with easy access to public transport, shops, and major attractions. The staff were friendly and helpful, making the whole experience even better. I’d definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Amsterdam!

The sofa bed might be a little uncomfortable for a person taller than 180 cm.

Loved the location! Very nice to have a kitchen to have our breakfast. Coffee was supplied.

Everything was fine, the location very good apartment was very warm as the pipes run under the floor so you get the extra heat even if you do not want it but it was quiet enough to open the window so not to bothered. pleasant staff and clean modern apartments with all necessary items for a medium length stay.

Kitchen sink tap was a little lose but thats not much at all really, was expensive but was Kings day so to be expected.

Property was close to tram station.

No lift to get to third floor. Had to carry a 15kg luggage up the stairs.
