Only issue was some noise from the street but this is logical because location is in city centre . 5 minutes walk from train station and dam square

The location was excellent. You could walk everywhere. The rooms were really small. The day hotel reception was very kind and helpful. The guys at night, not so much.

Great location, friendly helpful staff. Room was very comfy.I had a room with canal view on the second floor, it was lovely to over look the lights and business of Amsterdam but not have the noise from the street.

Room was small, but to be fair I didn't need a lot of floor space. I had to get onto the bed from the foot of the bed - not a problem for me, but less mobile people would probably struggle.The room wasn't straight which gave it some Amsterdam charm, but it did make me feel a little sea sick too.

Location and cleanliness.

The need was to firm, and the top floor room are not ideal for tall people. We had a slope in our room and it made it difficult to walk around. This wasn't a big deal, but you had to go out next door to have the breakfast. The cook touches everything with the same gloves he cooked with?

Clean and quiet attic room. Exactly as described. Good shower and brilliant location. Next-door breakfast was really good.

From the moment we got out of our uber and walked around to get to the hotel, we were very happy. The location of this hotel is absolutely perfect! The staff upon checking in were so helpful and kind. I had put a note in our reservation mentioning it was our honeymoon and they gave us the best room in the hotel! The room and the view took my breath away and I wish we were staying more days to enjoy it even more. We will certainly be back again some day and will absolutely be choosing Hotel CC for our stay in the future.

It was a little confusing getting to the room but really not a big deal.

The tv wasn’t connected to the internet i wasn’t able to use netflix or any streaming platform kind of ruins the point of a smart tv

The location was handy to central Amsterdam.

Due to the location, the area was very noisy and made it difficult to sleep. There was no breakfast provided, unlike other hotels that I have stayed at in Amsterdam.

To small rooms and to many stairs

Location is 5-10 mins from the central train station.

I had a tiny room, barely big enough for my 2 large bags. The lift only goes to the third floor - rooms higher than that are accessible by small stairs only.

After 3rd floor, there’s no elevator. If you don’t have heavy luggage and no knee problems, it’s worth the money.

Small room on 4th flour without elevatour between 3rd and 4th flour.

The location is great, very close to the central station. The staff was friendly. The room was clean.

The room was a bit small and the ceiling was not very high.

We had a wonderful room very nice bathroom with walk in shower. Bed was very comfortable. Givin the fact we are 68 and 70 years young the price was great, the location was blocks from the train and we walked everywhere. Grab your cups in the room in the morning and guys at the desk will make you a cup we had two area you can relax and drink it. They also recommend a place to eat and it was wounderful. Just a fun stop will be back..

I liked being able to get to check in right away and be able to take a nap before heading to siteseeing.
