Pros +
- We were a group of six and rented the triple bed. They are affordable rooms in Amsterdam. Yes, they?re small but it?s exactly what you pay for.
- Everything, we had a group of 6 and rented 3 rooms and it was a really awesome experience. The staff were great. the location is great and the price was certainly worth it.
- The hotel is in an old part of Amsterdam that is so charming. It's close to the Albert Cuyp market which is awesome. You can walk to the market and shop and eat. The hotel was clean and the staff were exceptional. Very friendly and helpful.
Cons -
- There was some black mold in room 103 by the window.
- Housekeeping could be a little better for bringing you towels, we had to get clean towels everyday. Not a real problem because the staff were so friendly.
- The weather was on the cool side while we were there so no air conditioning was not an issue, however in the summer it might be an issue. A lot of hotels in Amsterdam do not have AC.The stairs are steep but they have an elevator.

There a guy who work in reception he¿s only the positif thing in this hotel.
All was bad Bed bug everywhere, I¿m just sick and my skin is sick got depression
location
noisy, no air conditionning, no furniture to put luggage, matresses dirty, found no bugs but,, had to go downstairs to get towels,, too expensive for what it is worth. Rooms were not ready at 15h like promise, had to wait an extra hour. Weak internet.
location close to museums and on tram line.
My room (#501) was below ground & was not stated when I reserved as I would've chosen another room. The window can't be opened and the air was stuffy. My laundry didn't dry for 3 days. Lots of noise from the street- traffic and people.
The location Close to metro and bus stops, close to Albert Hanjn... Museums...
Though it's a little small in size, i suppose it's natural for lodgings in Amsterdam...
A good hotel for budget travelers looking to visit Amsterdam's various destinations. Located close to museums, theaters, and shopping. 20 minute Walk to Main Red light district. Staff friendly and helpful
Budget room typical of Amsterdam. Missing remote for television was not rectified but with all the activities located within the area was not a big deal. Furniture was well used but functioned as expected
The location is incredibly convenient- it's within easy walking distance to just about everything you'd want to do. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
This is not a place you stay to find luxury or even a great amount of comfort. It's a place to sleep and shower and continue on. If you don't expect more than that you'll be very happy. It was very clean and I felt safe- just not particularly trendy.
The hotel was an utter hovel. It was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. It was disgusting. Words cannot describe. Dirty, broken, worn. It should be condemned. For the money I feel robbed.
Everything. Even charging 1.50 for a splash of hot water
Great Staff but very dirty room. quiet room and the heat worked well
Needs serious cleaning. There was dirt and dust all over the walls and the ceiling. Even the TV was covered with dust.
Money-Focused Business – Extremely Disturbing...
Money-Focused Business – Extremely Disturbing ExperienceTo the Blossoms City Hotel Team,From check-in to check-out, I was constantly reminded about the fees. They said it would cost €10 if I arrived early; even though I said I would arrive exactly on time, they messaged me again. After entering the room, they sent another message saying "it would cost €10 if you checked out late."In contrast, the radiator in the room barely heated the room at all. When I reported the problem to the reception, instead of a technical solution, they tried to brush me off by giving me an extra blanket.Being so sensitive about the cost while failing to provide basic comfort in the room is completely unacceptable. The priorities are completely wrong.A business should first learn to make its guests comfortable; otherwise, it shows that it is only focused on money. This experience was extremely disturbing and I would absolutely not recommend it.
The location is excellent. The room had everything we needed and was clean. They also have a place to store luggage if you arrive before check-in time or after check-out.
The only downside was the cleanliness of the hallways outside the room.
Fantastic location
Room was filthy & dustyConstant draught from window making the room cold even with the heating constantly onMattress stained and dirtyBathroom smelt damp and shower doesn't drain quick enough causing water to spill onto floor, doesn't appear management actually check issues with rooms to resolve. Also thecdoor to the bathroom doesnt closeNever was my room cleaned our products/toiletries replenished.Spend abit more and choose s better hotel! No kettle in room, communal one is filthy and inside needs to be descaled and cleaned
The staff were incredibly friendly, they allowed me to sit in the lobby to wait for my room to be ready as I arrived earlier than 3. They stored my luggage before and after my stay with no extra fee, they also allowed me to sit and eat while waiting for family to get me as I didn’t have anything todo. The building is quite old and a little run down although very clean, the amenities are adequate for a couple nights stay or just one like what I did. Definitely worth the price I payed considering location, amenities, and cleanliness. As well as the incredibly friendly staff.
The location is very good
The stairs are near impossible to climb up and down even without luggage, they are so narrow. It took me almost ten minutes to get my luggage down and they have no elevator.
Staff and their reception. Area is good
I stayed in a room where the window had no handle, which made it difficult to close properly. As a result, cold winds and humidity leaked through all night. Despite using a blanket along the window frame to block out some of the drafts and reduce noise, it wasn’t quite enough to make the room comfortable. I had to push the bed further away from the window to avoid the cold and damp air, which disrupted my sleep. While the room was generally okay, the lack of a functional window handle and the resulting draft definitely impacted my experience. I would recommend addressing this issue to improve guest comfort.
the most terrible hotel i have ever seen
The window was fixed with a brick, the bed was dirty, the towel was dirty, the room stank!!!! I definitely do not recommend it!!!!!
It was clean and tidy. Rooms were not too cramped
We were told we would get our deposit back upon end of trip (told us when we checked out) yet have received nothing and the hotel has not responded to messages.
Location
Single bed in small room. Could barely get my luggage in.
