Very good for introverts, staff will not even acknowledge your existence unless you are being grifted to pay them money for random add ons to try and scam you.

Not enough characters to use. Dirty rooms, small, unfriendly staff, staff who cannot read a sign and will bang on your door to ¿clean¿ first thing in the morning. Overall just a dreadful and horribly run hotel.

close to the station, provide complementary soup, coffee, tea, fruit and sweets. they gave me quite room when i asked.

Breakfast was amazing! Location was convenient.

Bed was hard. Pillows were small. Modular system doesn’t have bath fan. Slippage concerns in shower.

Double bed wasn't comfortable, bathroom is small, old towels, stains on bedsheets. We have to search for towels. Breakfast is too expensive for offer.

There was no heating in the room. When booking, it says heating included, so they're basically lying to you. I told the reception how freezing our ground floor room was at night and he gave us an electric heater and extra blanket, and told us to talk to the reception again in the morning. But visiting for only a few days, no one has time to wait until they arrive and deal with something that shouldn't be a problem in the first place.

The staff was really friendly, there’s is a train station at the corner, the door was dark so we were able to sleep really well

Location was good. Complementary tea and coffee.

There was a smell coming from the toilette and you could smell in the whole room.. I also think it was a long time ago since they’ve cleaned the matresses and the floor between the wall and the bed.

Great location, less than 200m from a station, which is a quick train ride into Amsterdam Central Station. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Loved the free tea and coffee they offered for the cold days!

Wish we could've had better / more pillows, and the shower head probably needs a better clean as the water was spraying everywhere.

Some rooms have bad Air conditioning system and gives some alarms not to possible to fix. You don’t allowed to set to increase room temperature above 19 C for some of the rooms.Fortunately Sana (Italian receptionist) solved my problem in 30 mins and changed my room for my pleasure. She is problem solver and kindly staff. Thank you for your service and support to have enjoy my time ?Location perfect so close to the stations

Please add phones to the room, communication via wsapp is not easy and take a few minutes for actions

The reception staff were incredibly helpful and professional. I am very grateful for their assistance as I needed extra help traveling with kids.

The location is really great .. 1 min walk to metro an tram and train

Close to Airport, train station, food store and restaurants. Easy to check-in. Clean rooms and friendly staff.

There’s nothing not to like.

The room is spacious, and I loved the 'spacesaver/pod' idea inside a room. Very modern idea.The lounge/dining area is lovely. They have a hot beverage machine, and you can sit and charge your phone, work or read at a table while enjoying a delicious cup of hot chocolate on the house. We also loved being right outside the Zuid Train Station and around the corner from the Trams or Buses.Breakfast looked very good but was not included in the room, so we could not afford it with the Rand/Euro exchange rate.

The wall decor 'wallpaper'. It was so inappropriate for a family to stay in. It advertised condoms in all sorts of colours, and our daughter had to sleep next to the wall. Very embarrassing.The bathroom is not ideal in this 'design'.

Everything was acceptable, but the variety of breakfast options was limited, and most importantly, the breakfast tray was sometimes empty and took time to refill.

Location perfect -- 2 minutes from AMS Zuid.

Not sure I liked the "cubicle" features of the room. Worried I would trip on raised bathroom entrance, as well as surrounding of the bed.

The room was clean, comfortable. Very clean shower/bathroom. Breakfast room is small but cosy and has everything you would expect from a small breakfast buffet.

The lack of Windows. I did not realize that there's no window on the room.
