ITC Hotel

Location is right by a tram station and in one of the old buildings of Amsterdam. Very clean. Very night staff.

Narrow beds. Small room. Very narrow spiral staircase.

Great location.

Misleading room descriptions - had to shared a bathroom with other rooms. The ‘double’ bed was really more of a twin-size. No elevator and very steep stairs to get to top floor. The ‘cleaners’ never washed our sheets or gave us new towels.

It was located one block away from original location, they said they have different buildings. Good location but pretty loud Good showers

The room was cold and dirty. And towels were dirty as well.

a small room, with separate WC and small shower room off the communal stairs. It was tidy and clean and relatively quiet. Good value for money.

Location was great! We also liked our room which was the top floor attic-like unit and thought the room and bathroom were fairly nice. Check in and check out was also very convenient.

The stairs are a bit of a hazard especially when bringing luggage up/down stairs

Great position we were taken over the road to the town house.

Pillows were terrible room was extremely small hall smelt of weed day and night. Stairs were very steep which was fine for us but would not suit everyone. Room had no heating during the day they turn it off I had to ask for another heater didn’t come for over 28 hours so had to walk around the room with a coat on. Bathroom very basic. Walls were thin.

Only thing I like was the location.

THEY FORGOT TO TURN THE HEATER ON DURING THE NIGHT WHEN IT WAS SNOWING and then they just said sorry.. We called the reception at night for this and he said they can check it tomorrow morning, they didn’t even give us a little portable heater. We were not able to call them with room telephone, there is no signal. Even the heater was on, it was cold. Sink had a terrible smell. There were hairs on the bathroom walls and a gum on the wall, handprints on the head of the bed. There is no elevator, stairs are very very narrow. We couldn’t resist and left one day earlier.

The staff was very nice, the rooms were very clean and the location is great, you can get anywhere in 30 mins and the airport it takes around 40 mins or like 1:20mins if it snows like in Jan 2025

Very very noisy at night , Wind came through the window and it turned the room very cold. We didn’t sleep well, we also ordered food and nobody from the reception tell us the food arrived so we had cold dinner.

At check-in, the receptionist was friendly. On the morning of the first day, he offered us the use of the coffee machine in the reception area free of charge for residents.. But unfortunately, someone else took his place. He was on edge and not smiling at all. One day we returned to the hotel around 9:30 p.m. and went to sit in the reception lounge, but he literally kicked us out, telling us it was closed even if the door was still open !! The next morning, we went down to the reception to have a coffee, the receptionist came over and aggressively asked us to pay for the coffee, saying it wasn't free.Apart from this inconvenience, the hotel is well located and very clean. The only downside is the lack of soundproofing; you can hear your neighbours on the same floor and above.

I really liked the location for the property and the option to have house cleaning daily. Room presented afterwords was clean but basic.Heat worked well once it was turned on.

The stairs! They are steep and small, not good for carrying heavy luggage up and down. Walls are paper thin (yes, you hear EVERYTHING)No on-site options for snacks, coffee/tea etc.

Good location - quiet. 20 min walk to City center. Room is modern (with a short ceiling). Friendly staff

You can hear the stairs loudly from your room. Ceiling height is quite short. I had to duck to get into the bathroom. The shower has a top bar at 5'6" you have to duck to get in.

The parking is way far from the hotel itself.We booked a room with three twin beds and a full bed and we got a room with three single beds and a full bed! When we asked about it they said they have no idea and there are no twin beds in this room even though it clearly said the beds were twin in the booking statement!They did not even apologize and said they don't know why the booking confirmation and the page in the booking.com listed the room as twin beds!The parking spot was suppose to cost 20 euros but cost 25 euros all of the sudden!The room was not well equipped and as basic as possible and did not even have a box of tissues!
