XO Hotel Inner

The location made it easy to walk anywhere we wanted. We always felt safe & secure. The front desk staff was always super helpful.

The mattress on the bed in our room had lots of "pilling". To the point that I couldn't sleep under the comforter, because it felt like there were lots of bumps under the sheet.I ended up sleeping on top of the comforter, covering w/another sheet.

Comfortable bed, efficient room with coffee/tea facilities. Very close to the Concertgebouw and tram stop. Not very noisy if you close the windows and limited, but adequate breakfast.

The desk was a bit cramped in the corner. The bathroom lights turn on automatically, which floods the room with light at night.

The hotel was located in the museum district, with easy access to public transportation. The location was great. The rooms were very clean; they were not very large but definitely not small either. One of the biggest advantages was having a place to store our luggage. Overall, it met our needs and can be considered a good value for money.

There was nothing I didn’t like. Having a mini fridge in the rooms would make the stay even better.

Nice stay in Amsterdam. The room is a decent size and has 4 full size beds. Bathroom is spacious. Daily housekeeping was wonderful.

The location was a bit far from central Amsterdam, so we relied on public transportation a lot. TV was not working in the room. Would have loved for there to be a mini fridge in the room.

This hotel has a great location, with the museum plaza, Vondelpark, and various tram and metro stations within easy walking distance. It also had a 24/7 check-in counter and a secure room to store luggage, which made our trip planning much more flexible.

The hotel was pretty comfortable and clean, but the bathroom is quite small and the wall between the bathroom and the room is thin, which made it a little less comfortable to use and share the room with friends (we stayed in a triple).

Room was comfortable and clean. Beds were soft and comfortable. Staff always made a point to greet us when we came through the lobby. Close to transit stop and walking distance to museums and city center.

Paid for breakfast through app but never given tickets. Never enough towels. Asked for dinner recommendations in area and staff couldn’t give any suggestion’s.

The bedsheets didn't feel clean. The room was really small.

We liked the location and the room size.

However, we would not book again sutterain room -1 level, room 601 has on top a drain sewage that you can hear all the time, and you think it will fall on your bed. You can also smell the bfast bacon n eggs being prepared already early. The insolation should be better and the aircon is not really working, we had to put it up to 28°C to feel it starts to heat the room.

It was dirty room and and smaller than it is showed in the photos. They charched me 10 euros extra just because I did the checkout some minutes later.

First impression was with the staff and it was great. They were courteous, professional, and patient with our check-in and check-out. The room was more spacious than depicted in the photos and very clean. As a family of three we were extremely pleased and willing to go again!

Great value for what it offers, second time we stayed in this hotel! Loved the location, not so far from the center of Amsterdam and still very nice neighborhood, close to Vondelpark and Museumplein. Bed really comfortable and big shower are the highlights!

Rooms are small but it was not necessarily an issue for us.

We chose this hotel because of the location, it was close to the heart of the museum district of Amsterdam where we planned to spend our following day. the location is lovely, but we are glad we only booked one night because it was an awful stay ruined by unsanitary room bed shower and no sleep.

Our main issue was an entire night of barely any sleep, poor rest which is essential for a hotel stay when traveling. it seems fine upon first glance but when we used the room, we noticed unsanitary conditions, and really bad bed that is worn out and bubbly, it should not be used in a hotel room charging such rates, its extremely unacceptable. furthermore the bed was stained and none of us could sleep due to the skin irritation caused by the bed, and the discomfort of it, There is not much facilities here either, and the room did not have enough day light entering so getting ready was hard. the beds are really disgusting conditions to present or expect any guests to stay here, even low star hotels have to be some level of clean. makes me wonder how they clean the rest of the room etc. as we only captured what was visible. definitely never staying here again. sticking to proper hotels with facilities and high hygiene standards. this is totally unacceptable and not worth a penny.

Everything from staff to the rooms and the amenities. The staff did everything they could to accomodate us. I have been to Amsterdam more than 5 times and stayed more than 2 months throughout my life and without suspicion XO Inner was the best. While every business is trying to rip you off they were as kind and as helpful as a business can be

Stayed 22nd-25th August over my B/day & it was v.clean & staff were great.Special mention to Augustine on Reception & Maria @Night! They were so polite & v helpful wth any probs I had! Def will go back.!

1 small comment-net curtains had slight rips apart from that was abs fine!

Its Amsterdam, everything is expensive and tiny, so for the price we paid it was ok, the loc is good
