Hotel Park Plantage

Hotel felt safe. Room was clean. Front desk responded quickly via email before my stay to answer questions.

It was a small, but comfortable room and perfect for me as I was traveling alone. The staff was friendly and answered any questions I had. The room was clean and serviced daily. Its location is great for some things. I walked all around the city, but it's located along one of the tram routes if walking isn't your thing.

Bathroom is pretty small. Not alot of ventilation, so I could see it getting hot in the summer. I was there in October. Its a small building, so everything is tight!

The room is perfect for the money you pay. Very clean, staff was friendly and polite. We always book small and budget friendly hotels when we travel because we only sleep and shower in the room, and for that it was perfect. Don't expect a spacious room and luxury, but a warm and comfortable room with a shower with hot water is all you need.

The location was very good for us, nice neighborhood, nice view. The room was clean and full of light, with the big window. The stuff was polite and helpful.

The room is suitable for a short stay, not for five nights like we did. Apart from two cups and a teapot, there's nothing in it. The table is small, so if you want to bring food, there's nowhere to put it. The bathroom is very clean, and the hot water starts running very quickly, but the shower itself is poorly positioned and there are no shelves for storing things, making it difficult to hang a towel. One of the outlets near the bed didn't work, so we had to charge our phone in the other corner of the room.

Hotel stuffs were very kindly and supportive. Good price! Clean room!

The location is little bit far to city center and the room was small for 3 people :)

There's no minibar in the room and unfortunately there's nothing to eat for sale. To eat anything, you have to go out and buy it on the street.

Housekeeping was not done, and when we requested it, it seemed they only stretched the bedspread. When I got into bed, the sheet was misplaced, the pillows were on the floor, and one of the towels had what looked like dried blood or some red stain on it. (The rooms are kinda small too)

High ceiling and large window with view to trees and courtyard. Originally a nice city home in a great location. The room had a modern, tasteful setup. Except for the bicycles (problem throughout Amsterdam), the neighborhood is very pleasant with some very good restaurants and cafes nearby. Helpful staff.

Tiny room with microscopic bathroom, almost unuseable but had modern fixtures. No railing at the steep front entry stairs so stay away if you have mobility issues. No lobby or other amenities.

I had a wonderful stay! The staff were very kind and helpful, the service was excellent, the hotel was clean and calm, and the location was perfect for exploring Amsterdam.

Small bathroom. The room was in the elves with a beam in the middle of the room.

Location was excellent. Peaceful with excellent food options near by. Tram stop in front so it was an easy ride to the center (though also good for walking. Room was a good size. Twin beds could be moved to be next to each other as 1 bed or split to be 2).

The room was very big, I wasn’t expecting that at all. I was worried it would be too small after reading some reviews, glad I was wrong. The stuff were super friendly, the location was amazing, super quiet (which is surprising as the tram station was right under our window) and full of green all around. It also wasn’t too far from the city center, we walked everywhere by foot. There is a ah which was open till 10pm something like 10 min walk from the hotel, that was also nice. I would absolutely return again

They forgot to change our towels once and there wasn’t cable tv, only radio stations

It was in a quiet part of the city, with a tram line right outside (tram 14 from the central station, stop is Artis/Holocaustmuseum). There was no breakfast at the hotel, but there’s a good cafe around the corner. The staff was friendly. The room was fairly large and airy, and the beds were fairly comfortable. There’s a really good Italian place around the corner, with great pasta and thin crust pizza.

You have to go up several stairs to get into the lobby, which is pretty small. They were having electrical issues during our stay, which took a bit of time to resolve, but they were actively working on things and communicated what was being done. The elevator is a necessity in the hotel, because the two sets of stairs are pretty steep and narrow.
