i liked the price and the location and the room was great for the price. exactly what i was expecting for what i paid for.

you could hear people in the hallway and it was a little dirty like the shower curtains and rugs had some stains so make sure to bring house slippers. but overall the price was great and we would stay again

The actual room is a bit old and doesn’t look colorful and elegant like the photos. It turned out grey and white interior.

The coffee and tea bar doesn’t operate 24 hours..it’s from 7am-10pmI wanted hot tea at night and couldn’t drink it

The room wasn't with canal vue (sad) The wind can penetrate the windows and emit a very uncomfortable sound.

The location is absolutely perfect for a short stay. The beds are comfortable, but the room itself was very hot, we had to open a window and turn the heating off. The staff is very friendly and made us feel at home.

The bathroom. There was no seat on the toilet and the towels hang right above the toilet, which is not very hygienic, for a short stay of only 1 night doable, but would not stay longer because of this.

Closer to the city center and restaurant, the staff are very nice always welcome and there are tea and coffee for free

Wonderful canalside location, great, comfortable spot for a business trip or exploring the city. No breakfast as such but really appreciated the room upgrade, the free coffee and water and fruit. Friendly and welcoming, helpful staff.

Location!!! Staff were very pleasant. Liked that they had fresh fruit out with coffee in the am.

Old needing updates. Carpet dirty, T.V. Didn’t work. Nightlight didn’t work. Most of all & this is just r/t aging. Noise. We could hear party celebrations on the boats on canal till early in the am. Could hear people in the suite above us & across the hall from us.

The staff was very helpful. We had a great stay. They offered coffee and tea at the entrance, which was a very nice touch for every morning. The location is amazing. You can catch a tram in 3 minutes. It is very central and close to my favorite places in Amsterdam.

The room was facing the back street, and it was covered because of a construction. It did not feel safe, pleasant, or comfortable

Great location on the canal near museums . Restaurants galore right around the corner.

Our room was uncomfortable because the bed was jammed in along the wall under the roof. Very difficult getting in and out of bed.

The location is near to transport hub with restaurants choices a block a way. Service is superb because of the very accommodating staff. The free coffee machine is just a bonus.

The rooms are outdated and small for the price. Bathroom needs to be refurbished.
