The Times Hotel

The lobby and location can''t be beat, so so charming and perfect. The room itself was fine, very simple but comfortable.

My only complaint is that there was some random noises in the night, I think it was mechanical equipment.

A very nice hotel in a very nice part of Amsterdam. Our deluxe canal view twin room had a very nice view of the canal. I would definitely stay here again.

The location and size were perfect! And the staff were very friendly and helpful.

The room was dark, with a small window, and bathroom ceiling was in disrepair.

Would recommend this hotel 100%. Staff was great, location was centralized and the view of the Canal from our room was beautiful. The (understandably small) room was clean, well maintained and the bathroom was perfectly sized and clean.

Phone for outside line didn't work. They weren't concern with solutions other than requesting maintenance after my departure.

Room 551! Don't get it. Paid extra for deluxe room. The room was sooooo noisy from i assume rooftop units, i maybe slept 2 hours per night. It was like torture. Plus elevator only goes to 4th floor. Very steep windey steps to 5th floor.Honestly though, the noise was unbearable .

The hotel was in an excellent location and we had an lovely view from our room. We didn't need any form of transport we could walk to all them main attractions from the hotel. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Despite the winter months and the heavy snow the hotel was always warm and cosy.

The room was TINY and we were put on the fifth floor which was fine except the elevator only goes to the fourth floor. We had to lug two 50 pound suitcases up a flight of stairs on a spiral staircase! No help from hotel staff, no porters, no notice in advance.

The Location is Perfect for city center. There is a good connection to Public Transport. It is close to a Q-Park Garage which you can Book bevor. You can book Rooms with view onto the "Grachten". There is always someone present

Breakfast was a litle to simple. They bake the rolls in the ofen, but they runn aut quickly if it's a bit bussy and you have to wait. the selection is quite limited. But for the Size of the Hotel they are doing a pretty good Job.

Terrible staff and facilities

I experienced an issue with the shower leaking into the floor, and when I contacted the on-site staff around 8pm for assistance, the response was extremely hostile and unprofessional. The interaction made me feel unsafe and he was very aggressive, which is unacceptable in a hospitality setting.
