Everything was clean and we had our own bathroom. The location was great too.

The steep stairs and we were unlucky as we got one of the top floors.

Near to city centre and accessible to transport. Security is good.

Staff is like they don't bother. Room service guys don't know which is empty room and which is not. They knock once and bang inside. Infrastructure is so old.One v bad bed inside the room. An old blanket they gave i don't know if it was washed or not.I am tall i couldn't sit on bathseat NO SPACE for the legs seriously!

Location of the hotel is good. Morning room service was good. Collected garbage on time, provided fresh towels. The front desk staff was helpful in keeping the heavy suitcases at the ground floor.

Rooms are very small. My room was on the fourth floor but there was no lift. Had to keep the heavy suitcases with the front desk as the staircases are very narrow and very steep. Very difficult for the senior people. No rooms service except morning. No intercom service to contact front desk. Central heating was poor. No heating control in the room. Rooms are not soundproof, sound from other rooms was clearly audible which was very disturbing.

Too much small stairs without an elevator - Must paying key insurance in cash- The room wasn’t isolated, so you can hear a lot if noise around you and that will disrupt your sleep.- The cleaning wasn’t the best

Stroppy guy behind reception, no help at all.Room smelt funny and looked like it hadn't been done up for 40 years. Shower barely usable.

Spatious room for cheap price

A 20 euro cash deposit is required for key loss insurance. I did not have cash, so they forced me to give them my ID and pick it up the next day. I did not like that!

Very noisy no tv in room shower went from freezing to scalding hot in the blink of an eye 2 tiny towels

One of the best locations. The staff are very cool and friendly, and the room is clean, comfortable, and safe. I highly recommend staying at this hotel.

it was cheap at £90 for 3 ppl per night with a toilet & shower attached in the centre of Amsterdam which is extremely cheap.

The heating was off & it was -3 over Christmas

Only the position, it is close the the Amsterdam Central Station.

The room was big enough but it was disgusting, even the walls were dirty, the bed was not comfortable at all. I couldn't rest. It's the only room I didn't know how to get out of faster so I wouldn't need to spend more time than showering and "sleeping".

Pretty close to train station.

Beds too small, very steep steps and the room walls were kinda thin, could hear all noise from next door room.
