The people were very rude. I will not return.

Very close to Keukenhof which is what we wanted. Parking on site and the room was fabulous!

They had a party just outside the hotel one of the nights so parking was a bit difficult, but there was another parking lot just around the corner for free!

The room was spacious, clean and since the weather was a bit cold, the room kept a pretty good temperature.The personnel was great and helpful with various information we asked to learn.The parking had always free spots and its location is pretty convenient.

The rooms could use a better layout in for the electrical switches and plugs, since we had to leave some devices far from our beds.Also if you miss the time for the room cleaning is pretty short so if you leave after it they will not change your towels (but you can always ask new ones from the reception).

The location was great close to a Shopping mall & gyms close (less than 1km)

The staff wasn’t friendly, the room wasn’t really clean . Behind bed was so dirty

Great location quiet close to shops and restaurants and just 10 minutes to airport.

The area very quiet easy parking and has a bar next door.

ok for one night

The strong smell in the room. I think it was the air freshener. it was so strong it gave me a sinus headache and I struggled to sleep.

The room was lovely, very clean and very comfortable, with good lighting and a spotless bathroom.The staff at the front desk were very friendly and more than happy to help with directions, as well as forgotten toothpaste!There were a wide variety of items available for breakfast to suit most tastes and dietary requirements.

An air freshener or very strong cleaning products had been used quite heavily in the room. This was quite overwhelming and didn't seem to shift as time went on, giving me a bit of a headache and sore throat. This was a small issue though, and I'd gladly take it to ensure the room was clean and fresh.

It was available and lower in price than some others. It was quiet and had a breakfast, but we didn’t eat it because we left early.

The beds were quite hard, there wasn’t a fridge and there was mold in the shower.

Easy parking in front of the hotel (not common in The Netherlands)

Room was dated. Hotel seems to have been partially renovated but they still charged 110 euro's per night for a non-renovated room. Caution; the electrical outlets in this hotel are NOT grounded. This is a safety hazard. Staff were excellent.

I've stayed at the hotel several times, the location is ideal for travelling to the airport and amsterdam is not too far away by train or bus. The hotel is very friendly and compared to hotels in amsterdam, good value for money.

The bathroom was very basic.the shower needs updating. But the room was very comfortable and clean.

Nice hotel, bar open until late which is nice when you arrive later. Dated but comfy room and nice bed and shower. Liked the stay; nice and friendly staff, good breakfast.

Location was nice, clean rooms and cozy bed.

Extremely warm rooms with little ventilation and no air conditioning

The room was super spacious, clean, and modern. We loved the plushy beds, watching TV before going to sleep, and the comfortable shower.

Last minute find for a flight cancelation. The triple was a large room with very good sized beds. Maybe a king and a twin. Huge clean room. Lovely staff. And the hotel was a destination for watching the NL football match so that was also very exciting and fun.

Upon entering the hotel, I was immediately struck by a musty odor, as if from old dust. Although the room appeared to have undergone some cosmetic renovations, the hallways, lift, and bathroom of the building still felt outdated and were unpleasantly smelly. The room itself also had a similar musty smell, and I found hairs on the duvet and in the bathroom. Near the toilet, there was a stain, and without going into too much detail, the toilet itself was not clean. I am puzzled as to how such conditions are allowed to persist in a business; it seems it should be closed down for health violations. Additionally, I forgot my charger at the hotel, and it was never returned to me.

Super helpful staff , nice clean rooms , excellent restaurant

Comfortable, friendly and helpful staff, nice large room with good beds, good bathroom. Nice restaurant. Clean and well designed. Easy parking in front. We had a very pleasant and relaxing stay. Thank you.

It’s a bit out of the way not close to major roads, but worth the detour.

Great location for cycling to the Keukenhof. Easy parking, secure bike storage, helpful staff, spacious room and tasty breakfast. Would stay again
