    Pros +

    • Penthouse was beautiful .
    • The location was exactly what I was looking for, close enough to activities but far enough from traffic and crowds. It has couple nice restaurant options near by.
    • Great location close to the museums.

    Cons -

    • Not recommending the penthouse for elderly. Other floors have elevators.
    • No front desk.
    • The kitchen exhaust fan had some issue, and there was a scent of food coming from other apartments. But after contacting the customer service they sent someone to fix it.

Amazing location, super comfortable bed, clean and the customer service was impeccable - super fast to reply and solved all my issues.

    Location.

Unfortunately, this is my worst experience in Amsterdam for a lot of money! More than 500$ for a room in the dungeon. With stairs that are simply impossible to go down or up. I don’t want to mention how to get the suitcases down to the room or back up. Simply impossible. The room stank of sewage all day, and there was food left in the refrigerator from the previous people who were there. Probably the same room but on the higher floors looks better, but I hope I never come back

This apartment is clean, comfortable, and well attended. It is located on a quiet side street within walking distance of several convenient trams and within walking distance of the major museums in Amsterdam. There are several nice restaurants in the immediate vicinity should one not want to travel for a meal. This apartment comes with daily maid service which was a real plus.

The apartment is a bit smallish, but this is Amsterdam, after all. The washing machine is communal and located in the basement. We had no trouble/conflict using it to clean our clothes.

Great layout, comfortable bed, good lighting in bathroom. Nice French doors and fresh air.Nice neighborhood, close to museums, and grocery store for food and wine. Proper liquor store close by and great Italian food around the corner. Piccolinos

Could use a couple of hooks in bathroom!!

the studios were well equipped. The location is great for seeing the museums. The beds are comfortable.

It is not clear in the advertisement for the studios down stairs that there is a treacherous stairway down to the studios. I've never seen anything like it! I think they need a disclaimer about the stairs.

The apartment was attractive and comfortable. The kitchen was fairly well equipped and made for real convenience. The bed was comfortable, and the plumbing excellent.

Some of the staff cleaned better than others, and there were a couple of days when the apartment wasn't cleaned at all.

The location was great for access to the museums at Museumplein including the Rijksmuseum and the canal area. The kitchen was great. Good room in the apt. Good bathroom. Good wifi.

The stairs are steep, narrow, treacherous. Fortunately the elevator worked well and I didn't use the stairs-easy to fall there I'm sure.

Comfortable bed. Great shower. Good location.

The bathroom smelled like a sewer, I think smell came from the shower drain. On check in the physical keys didn’t work. We should have been given a new pair of card keys immediately but were given digital keycards. On day 2 these didn’t work do we had to contact them by phone. They gave us new key cards within the hour. But if the keys were issued day 1 we could have eliminated the second day issue. Prompt response by manager however.

Was well equipped and very close to public transportation, and we could walk to the city center

It had 3 scary stairs at the front of the building, but we managed it with a stroller

This is a clean, modern apartment in a very convenient location, near major museums, several tram lines, a grocery store, and a few restaurants. The street it's on had cute, old-city charm.

Only a minor quibble: There is no door or curtains between the bed and the rest of the living area, only a divider wall the same width as the bed, open on either side. This makes it challenging for one person to sleep if the other stays up.

    10malcaPosted on: 8-4-2025

The apartment was perfectly located at a quiet street near the museums area, well equipped and very comfortable. It was easy making contact with the staff who answered quickly and politely to any question or request of ours. They were also very generous with recommendations.

    - Great location- Easy checkin- Free coffee- Elevator- Reception was remote but efficient- Able to leave luggage on last day- Nicely refreshed room each day, except Sunday (we departed late that day, but not later than the previous day)

    - No soap in bathroom upon arrival (left note and it was taken care of)- Nowhere to put luggage (i.e. no luggage rack)- Impossible not to soak bathroom floor and towel rack in shower when showering- Raised bathroom was a trip hazard- Low hanging lamp in living room is not positioned over a table so it's a head hazard- 2 potato peelers 0 corkscrews - Terrifying staircase (but it has an elevator)

    it was good and cozy.

the backyard of the apartment could have been cleaner. it is just area of improvement but we did not use it much as it was winters.

Brand new apartment. Very modern, and well stocked.

LOUD. Poor sound insulation between floors. People at the unit above kept stomping on the floor, running kids, dropping heavy items, and kept waking me up. I couldn’t sleep the entire stay.

Location is great, space is great. Having the room to relax and move around it great. The location in the museum district is great. Close to public transportation, grocery store, restaurants, museums. All while being on a quiet street.

The bed is not that comfortable. There is an oven, but no microwave. Also, providing oil, salt and pepper would help travelers who are booking a place with a kitchen.

Good room amenities and kitchen, central location

The room was not very clean. We told them, but they did not fix the next day anyway

Great location. Comfortable bed, lots of space.
