Excellent walkable location

Elevator function was outdated and sometimes didn?t work, including when checking out and had to bring luggage down extremely steep stairs three floors

it isnt clear from website which rooms have AC & which dont. Staff well-meaning but struggle with computer processes- no AC and no fridge makes 30 defree days unbearable- hard to sleep- with all it diesnt gave price is too high

Room tiny.Could not open suitcase.No chair.3 usable single outlets.Floor gritty.Dusty in room, hallways stairs. Bed not made til day 2.Sheets never changed.Breakfast:cheap cold cuts, canned fruit,coffee maker for 1,canned OJ..if at 1/2, still overpriced

Very stylish, nice layout of room, good breakfast spread and of course great location!

No A/C - our room was very warm, and the small standing fan didn't really make a difference

Very caring and sweet and helpful friendly staff. Delicious varied and generous free breakfast. There was even almond milk available.

The original room I was given was too small, but they quickly gave me a larger and better room when I complained

Staff was above helpful. I needed tickets for Ann frank house they checked every hour gor me until they got me tickets. Location quiet street near museums. Room perfectly clean!!

Beds were uncomfortable, room extremly small, bathroom partly dirty (completely calcified shower head), looks nice from outside but inside should be renovated / modernized (elevator)

Location was just perfect,very close to all museums,5min walk and few tram stops away from other tourists attractions. Also the breakfast was very good and staff was kind.

I would prefer smaller pillows,they were too big for.me and kids.

I had the pleasure of staying at the Max Brown Hotel in Amsterdam in November 2026. I highly recommend this hotel for its very kind and helpful staff, great location and the beautiful design of the rooms. The welcome drink was a lovely surprise as well!

The room I stayed in was a small room with two double beds. Although nicely decorated and comfortable, it was quite compact and lacked basic amenities, such as a chair or a small desk to make tea or organize my belongings.

Good location. Clean and warm. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Bathroom was a little small but was ok for the weekend

The steff was amazing, helpful nice troully wonderful, location was also reealy good 3 minets to public transport and walking distance to all the major locations

The room was a bit small, and the windows do not stop any outside's noise. Nevertheless, the location is very quite and sleeping was not a problem at all
