- noise, Rm 401 bathroom smelly; prefer Rm303 though narrow it's cute; water shower pressure is so low
- Bed bugs present in room. (Manager) was u professional, dismissive and dishonest about the situation and was more interested about keeping my money.

The hotel is located very central next to central station which is great. Lots of restaurants and bars around to eat. Dam square, royal palace, red district walking distance. Room was clean, hot water, good shower, comfortable beds, fan, toilet paper.
No ac, but fan in room was good so room did not feel hot. NO LIFE/ELEVATOR. I had my room in the 4th floor and that was a struggle for my mom and our luggages. Room 401 was good overall.
Central location. Daily room cleaning.
perfect location. roomwas clean, bed was comfartable
no elavator but it was ok for me. bathroom was so tiny. the water pressure is low.
The location is perfect close to central station and any transportation and staff at check in where very helpful.
Chosen room was very small and strange smell sometimes came out of the bathroom toilet bowl which filled the whole room.
Good location and quiet
The very steep stairs to the 4th floor, knew it was 4th floor when we booked, did not realise how steep and narrow they were. Bathroom smelt of damp, could not clear the smell.
Warm, clean, great location
No wardrobe
Location is convenient in a way, that it is close to the central station. The staff is friendly and helpful. They gave me ear plugs. Also there are towels, shampoo and a hair drier in the room. It was warm.
It is very noisy, though, and I know, that next time I will choose more quiet area. My room was in another building, not the one, that is on the address, with the karaoke in front, wich was closing at 2am, so I knew, I will not be able to sleep until this time. But earplugs were really helpful after 2am, since the street is busy during the night. The room and the whole building was dirty. I was sure, that my pillow case wasn't fresh. I hanged a note to clean up the room, but nothing was changed or cleaned, just folded. So I had to cover a pillow case with the bed sheet. It was disgusting.I understand that the city is not very cheap and central places have bad quality for a big price you pay, but I don't think it cost much for them to clean a little bit more and make it pleasant for visitors. The other really bad thing was, that I couldn't open a window. There was no possibility to get fresh air. It was coming only through ventilation pipe in the toilet, so I slept with the toilet door opened.-Did I survive?Yes, two nights as a solo traveller you can handle it.-Do I recommend it?Definetely no. I recommend to find more quiet area, even it is a bit further from the center. It will be cheaper, cleaner and more calm.
It was convenient for the central railway station. The beds were comfortable and the room was clean.
We were in an attic room on the 4th floor so it was a long walk up and down some very steep and narrow stairs with our bags. The water pressure in the shower was poor.
Location is very good. nice bar bar on site.
Slightly overpriced fro such a small room. Although to be fair it is a good location near the railway station.
My mistake I thought I ordered a double be but it turned out I had a twin with 2 single beds n the room was that small I couldn’t push them together however overall for 2 nights in central Amsterdam for 120£ was worth it
Steep stairs anyone within disabilyi or age will struggle.
The location is great. The staff was very friendly.
The room was very small and none of the photos online were from it.
Friendly staff, good location clean room
Shower was not working properly
Great location, very close to train station. The room was clean and quiet, also warm. The stay was very comfortable.
The hotel is centrally located in Amsterdam, just a short walk from Amsterdam Centraal, which makes getting around the city extremely convenient. It’s a great option for a short stay, with plenty of restaurants, cafés, and popular sights nearby, so you’re never far from things to do or places to eat.
That said, the central location also means it can be quite loud, especially since it’s in a busy, tourist-heavy area. The room can feel cold as well, and it would benefit from a heater or warmer blankets to make the stay more comfortable.

Whas greeted by Micheal, helped me to check-in; very professional employee with knowledge about the area. Took his time to make me feel comfortable and at ease. Gave me tips on the surrounding areas. The 10percent discount on the downstairs pub is a great deal. Would stay here again! Location is great, room is nice and the ambiance of Amsterdams city center is amazing.
The property location is very good close to red light district, close to Amsterdam Central station and in the center of a very active street
Very small and I got the highest floor the ceiling was short and going up was a problem taking into consideration the tight stairs they have.
