Location is perfect. Very nice owners and staff. Very clean.

Dirty rooms that smelt like gas, fan did not work

Everything! Room had a broken window, stairs were way to steep. Soundproofing is non existent. Terribe terrible experienxe

Location and balcony were amazing. Bed was comfortable. Close to city centre and a tram stop. Bakeries located directly below and groceries very close by.

The toilet is right beside a sink cupboard making it uncomfortable/impossible to sit straight on. Shower had a stench to it from the plumbing. A fridge would have been nice to have in room.

No elevator.

The location was near the Anne Frank house.

There was no elevator and we were on the top floor. We had 6 people and 8 large luggage and had to carry all of it ourselves up the tiniest stairs like on a ship. The reception was in a different hotel which was an added inconvenience. Do not recommend!!!

I had to ask three times for towels. The shower overflowed into the room. You'are not given a bathmat. The stairs are extremely steep. Piles of laundry were outside the room. The room was very cold. You have. Cited sheet and a comforter  no blankets.

Do not stay here unless you can¿t afford any other hotel or are traveling light. Not recommendation unless it¿s a last resort.

Central location. Near tram stop. Very helpful staff.

The room was lovely, spacious and clean. But the staff were absolutely amazing. Such lovely people, they made our stay so welcome. One woman in particular and I can't remember her name, she told me she was a July baby. She was fantastic! We were also able to use the communal balcony for smoking which was an extra bonus that ended up being so useful for night time smokes. I'd definitely return here again, location was fantastic.

It’s at the city center, made it easy touring without spending so much on transportation. Was also a comfortable distance to the airport

The stairs! I know it was mentioned but I had no clue it was that bad, it’s scary climbing them.

The staff was great and I liked that they had a balcony for everyone to use

I didn't like that there wasn't any rooms with a balcony available for me but what can I say it was near new years

Location

It was a shoe box room like tiny. The fan and light automatically stayed on all night in the bathroom, told staff and they said we can’t do anything about that (Had to put up with sound whilst sleeping). The TV did not work on the first night. The bed had a big dip in it (like a big whole) iso it was a awkward uncomfortable sleep. Also could not control the temperature of the radiator in the room it stayed at same temperature could not adjust.

Front desk staff are nice. Location is okay.

Bed bugs resulted in multiple bug bites all over my legs. The double bed was sinking significantly in the centre, and composed of 2 twin mattresses pushed together with a thin foam topper - it gave me terrible neck and back pain. Room was old and damp with burns in the carpet, deadbolt on the door didn't work. Lighting in the bathroom was coming off the wall. Lobby and hotel reeks of smoke despite being a nonsmoking facility. Lots of construction and sleeping homeless around the hotel made it hard to get around.

The people were really good.The air conditioning was great.My wife really liked the free fizzy water.

My wife wanted to use the little safe in the room, but it didn't work. But nothing was stolen (I didn't think it was a problem).It took a little walking and a short train or bus ride to the sights.

The hotel’s location was a positive, with all amenities within walking distance including the city centre

Our stay at the hotel was not pleasant, and unfortunately, I would not recommend this property due to its very poor standards of cleanliness, which were well below acceptable expectations.Although we understand that standard check-in time is 3:00 pm, we arrived at 11:00 am and were informed that early check-in was not possible. We accepted this and waited until the scheduled check-in time. However, even at 3:00 pm, the room was not ready.In addition, I had specifically requested a double twin room, but upon entering the room, we found a double bed instead. More concerning was the condition of the room, which had not been cleaned properly. There was visible dust on the TV, desk, and coffee machine. The cups appeared not to have been washed for a long time, and there was water left in the coffee machine reservoir. The room had also not been hoovered.After raising these issues with management, we were required to wait an additional hour for the correct twin bed setup and for the room to be cleaned.On the first night, we were disturbed by noises that sounded like rodents. This concern was unfortunately confirmed on the second night, when we found a rat inside our bedroom bin. We immediately informed the night staff, who removed the bin; however, they appeared more frightened of the situation than we were.The following morning, we reported this serious issue to management, but our concerns and observations were dismissed, which was extremely disappointing given the severity of the situation.Overall, this experience fell far below acceptable hospitality standards, particularly in terms of cleanliness, hygiene, and guest safety.
