Location was central for everything we needed. Room had a canal view, beds were comfortable. Shower was clean and plenty of hot water.

Cons -

The shower starts out cold and turns to scorching hot within minutes and there?s no way to adjust the temperature
Could have used a top sheet, weather was warm so bed was hot with only a comforter. We did not ask for additional sheet so that is our issue. Vent in bathroom did not work so it was steamy after shower, again our issue as we did not tell staff.
Broken lift. Terrible room on the 4th floor. Moldy window frame on a broken window.

Location. Clean towels some days.

The Ecuadorian guy in the reception desk. He was very helpful and friendly. Nothing was nice about the hotel.

Rooms were dirty. Toilets are extremely small. The recepcionist was high on half of the time. We needed him to open the door and wasn't there in the night time. Unless it's your last option do not stay in this hotel.

Bare Bones room, no insulation between rooms. could hear others in the next room.
