Location is central.

There was mucus on the curtains, hair on the sheets… Dust in the toilet. It was very dirty. Loud as well but dirt was the worst. We slept with hats on. They ask for a 50 EUR deposit when you arrive which is funny.

I loved the cat & the staff @ the front desk.

The rooms were teeny tiny.

Cheap hotel, walkable location to central station, older more traditional hotel, I like the breakfast too good value

Nothing just a bit noisy if you get a room on the street side like we did a lot of noise in to the early hours

No toilet or shower in the room instead it was a communal one that was one floor lower than our room too.

There is not elevator, and the stairs are really difficult and kind of risky

The location is the best and I loved the idea that you walk into the bar and arrive to the room! And even that I've spent 3 nights for work, it felt like home:)

Location was brilliant, staff arranged some birthday decorations which was a nice surprise. Great relaxed atmosphere in the bar and a lovely canal view. Also loved the hotel cat!

There was a large orange splatter stain on the wall which looked like it had been there for some time, the luggage stand was also dirty with a crusty stain. Could probably do with swapping out, and a lick of paint for the wall.

Centrally located to much of Amsterdam Central. Great service for breakfast by the staff and fun vibe experiencing the very Dutch staircases to the upper rooms. (Narrow, steep, and many) :)

On the last day, I left 2 valuable rings in the room. The staff were able to locate the rings and return them to me.

We loved everything about this property. Quaint bar and a room with an incredible view of the canal. A super convenient location with access to everything, shops, restaurants, Amsterdam Centraal.

We booked 2 rooms. The smaller room was above the bar and with a wonderful view. The other room was larger, across the road in another build, and had no view. Comfort was decent and the rooms were very clean. The larger family room was very narrow hallways with very steep stairs, but suitable for our needs as a family.

Unless we missed it, we didn't know that both rooms would be across the street. We had shared some things in packing that were inconvenient to share due to having to cross a street.

Location. Staff esp the young white lady at the desk. Very nice!

My room was way too small! Extremely small.
