- Sheet covers seems not to be very clean.Tell it to the staff and they change them immediately.

The hotel is located in a nice neighbourhood. There’s a tram stop and a convenience store within a 5-minute walking distance. There are frequent GVB trams to the Amsterdam Central Station which was very convenient.
When we arrived, the door was closed with a sign that asked to try the other door which we never found. No one answered when we called the desk. It took quite some time before we rang the doorbell and we were let in. That wasn’t a welcoming reception. But the duty staff at other times were friendly and helpful.
Excellent value-for-money! Location is right next to Ledisplein and the price is extremely competitive.
Rooms are quite tiny, and cleanliness wasn't all-that-great, BUT - if I ever go on a trip for a few days and just need somewhere to sleep, this would be an excellent choice to do again.
Good location to the museum quarter
Dated room, needs some refreshing. No lobby
Location was perfect, our room was wide, clean and staff was helpful. There is refrigerator, hairdryer etc.
Staff was very nice and helpul. Bed is excellent and location very convenient to sightseeing. Italian pizza just right behind a corner - delicious.. When I come at 9 p.m. it has occurred that room no1 at ground floor has a door you cannot open - it requires real srrenght to push it through the floor. And a radiotor in a bathroom didn't work. Outside was 9C, and the same in the bathroom (ground floor). I couldn't take a shower. I appreciate Staff, in a friendly wayh moved me to another room next day.
Some things are really broken amd the hotel shall repair them. In old room anradiotor and the door didn't work. In new room that I was moved to was no electrical outlet in the bathroom even though a hairdryer is available. And fridge had broken freezer that made all my food frozen - yoghurt and fruits. I will rather searxh another hotel next time.
Cozy
A bit small and the twin beds were attached but were not comfy because of the gab in the middle
Goof location
Room door unaligned and had to open it with leaning in with full body weight, super soft mattress, very narrow bed for two people
Convenient location. Easy to access old town/city center, museums, and very close to bus to airport.
The shower was a bit awkward.
Good location, clean rooms
The room was very small and there wasn’t even a bottle of water inside the room. The other guests were a bit loud at night so it was difficult to sleep
The location of the hotel was perfect, walking distance to anywhere in the city center. It was right next to a tram station and the airport bus station. The room was a good size for 2 people, loved the A/C, the mini fridge, and the shower was hot. The room with the balcony looked out into a peaceful courtyard. Also, the elevator was wonderful so we didn't have to climb the steep stairs. A lot of the hotels in this city don't have elevators so this is a really convenient feature of the hotel if you can't climb stairs easily.
Overall the room was quiet because it was facing the inner courtyard, but you could very easily hear the guests above with any step they took.
I loved having a balcony in my room -- not so much for the view (of a bunch of garages and other buildings), but or the birdsong and fresh air. There was an elevator! I was able to store my luggage while I ventured out after I checked out of the hotel. The front door and room door use keypads for entry and so are very secure. The air conditioning worked very well. The shower had great water pressure, and the room was larger than most I've had in Europe. The room had a kettle, and coffee and tea packets, as well as a mini-refrigerator. It was located in a great area near museums, the canals, great coffee places, and wonderful restaurants, as well as transportation (tram, bus) that could take you throughout Amsterdam and from and to the airport.
I would've liked to have more convenient outlets in the room (I had to reach behind the bedside table).
Location was good I thinkPrice was relatively affordable
Room was NOT CLEAN, literally got a big rash on my legDo not goDesign was old
Highly recommended!Super neat and clean, very kind staff, perfect location — easy access to main attractions and close to the bus station.I stayed for 2 nights and I think it was absolutely worth it.By the way, there’s an elevator, too
The room might be a bit small for two people, but considering the price, it’s totally fine.
Great location, nice staff, elevator, basic clean amenities
Rooms were on the smaller end
the room was perfect the view too. really good location. bathroom clean and could do early check in.
Location
Too small balcony and toilet, loud in the morning
It was an historical building so I liked the windows and the litlle balcony
