The staffs were nice , Breakfast was good, not so many choices, but you can eat all you can. The location is excellent , just few mins walk from the train station or ferry terminal.

The pillows are way too soft and flat , which cannot support the neck and head, the hairdryer was full of dust and hair. The bed sheet and pillows cases have stinks and blood on it. The door always got jammed. The walls are thin, you can hear people walking or talking or “doing activities”.

I am extremely disappointed with the service at this hotel. Housekeeping was non-existent; while towels were replaced, the bed was never made and the room was not cleaned. Worse, the staff discarded a shopping bag containing a new outfit. Instead of resolving the theft/loss, the hotel staff was dismissive and questioned my honesty.​The breakfast selection was very poor. Furthermore, the hotel’s security protocols are negligent. Guests must leave their room keys at reception, yet staff return them to anyone who asks without verifying identity. Management seems indifferent to these serious safety and service lapses.

Everything was great every tourist location is very close max 10min walk the elevator is a big + the breakfast was great the employes are very happy and very sweet i whould suggest this hotel to everyone.

Close to central station

All noise incl. other footsteps, talk, commotion. I'm sure nobady cannot sleep well.Awful

Central location, just a few steps from the train station. The room was clean and everything was fine.

The hotel’s location is excellent, right in the city center and very close to major attractions, shops and restaurants. Everything was within easy walking distance which made exploring Amsterdam very convenient. The staff were friendly and the stay was comfortable overall.

Nothing significant – the location really makes up for everything.

No kettle or iron in the room.

The location is perfect. Central to all main attractions and so close to the train station.

It’s defo dated. Our bathroom door was half painted and still had masking tape on the door handle lol. I also read a review and someone accused the staff of taking things from the room. We went for an afternoon nap around 3.45pm. We were woken by a staff member using a key card, no knock on the door just opening and entering. They were surprised to see us and said they were sorry and asked if the room was clean. We had only just arrived at 2pm straight after the cleaners had been in. I did find it highly suspicious as she went on to the room beside us. Let herself in. Walked about for a bit and let. She had no cleaning equipment with her.

The receptionist was sooo helpfull with everything. My son was ill, i asked for a grader, in no time she came with a solution. Thanks a lot

Everything you don’t like about cheap hotel. You get what you pay for. Tiny room, very basic. But warm, clean, comfortable, friendly, breakfast was basic but fine. I wouldn’t take my wife there for a weekend break….butFor a cheap and cheerful place to stay super central it was perfect

Close to the train and old town

The only complaint I have is I didn’t care for the bacon at breakfast

Convenient location!! Across the street is some tourist ferry station. Property is facing a busy street with lots of eating places. And five blocks away from Central station. Nice canals nearby...awesome area!!

Forty rooms hotel. Cleck over excite us upon checking, sounded like a nice room BUT I grade is as 3pts. if looking for convince, it is alright.
