The location

The staff that supported me when I checked in was very unhelpful. I made an error during booking, but he was unwilling to help me and look at possibilities, I ended up paying more than I should have. Truly not a good customer service.

it was ok for a weekend break

The staff took great care of us. Got us info on sites to see and how to get there. Gave us a room perfect for 3 people. Very friendly, clean, and convenient.

The room was comfortable and had all I needed. The hotel is well located, with a tram nearby that can take us into the city center in a few minutes.

The room was a bit small, especially the bathroom. Didn't try the breakfast, but the dining room looked small.

Good location, close to tram stops.

The first night it was a bit cold - the heater did not warm up the room enough. But it warmed up for the next day.

Easy to reach. Staff is on point and work things out to make the stay adapted to your comfort and needs.

A bit far from center but close to grocery shops and local transports.

Friendly staff

Room wasn't "checked" before arrival: bathroom lock and handle where broken; couldn't lock/close door properly. Bed wasn't stable, one leg was broken, which made it unstable. No change in breakfast.

The place was easy to get to. A couple blocks away you have transport to get anywhere in the city. You also have a supermarket a few meters away. The staff was very polite and nice to us. We'll return one day!

The room is basic, but the beds are very comfortable and it has everything you need to have a pleasant stay

It is relatively central in Amsterdam.

We selected this hotel based on the reviews and pictures on Booking. When we reached the room, we found many stains and human hair on the pillow and bedsheets, small bathroom where you can’t even wash your face without hitting the shelf above the sink. We got a new room which still had some hair burn marginally better overall than the previous. Then we looked at the google reviews on google to see what people think, and there were several very recent (4 h ago) reviews and several more spanning over a year stating that there are bedbugs in the rooms. We immediately booked another hotel and left the property. So far we haven’t gotten our payment back even though the rooms were disgusting and dangerous and we had to search at night during December another hotel to spend money on and move. Booking.com was also not really helpful in finding us another property and with the refund so far, even though the issue stems from their false advertising of this hotel. Main conclusions: I will never stay at this hotel. And unless Booking takes responsibility for the major inconvenience, loss of money and potentially real (though hopefully avoided) consequences of bringing bedbugs home, we will never use their services for our many business and private trips we take and have been taking for many years.

We stayed for three nights. The room was cleaned very well every day. There was a kettle, cups, and sugar in the room.Very hot water in the shower.The reception staff was very kind and helped us with some questions.The hotel's location is excellent, easy to get to the city center by tram or to the train to the airport.

The shower drained poorly. The shower wall was too short, and water was flooding the bathroom floor.On our last night, it was cold in the room, and we couldn't turn on the heating because the radiator switch wasn't working.We didn't complain to stuff and just slept in sweaters.

The room was spacious and a balcony too!

The heating is via an aircon which makes you sick. Complained multiple times about bathroom drainage clogged and flooding in the room. Nothing was done. The shower was broken and then after complaining 3 times nothing was done. I was told there was no point in getting angry by the hotel staff!!

The room is small but comfortable. The staff is very friendly. One of the members also gave some tips about roaming in the city, when asked.

Booking dot com shows pictures of the hotel's standard double room even for the small double room. It is misleading so please be watchful before confirming. The location is a bit far from the city center but easily reachable by public transport in 15 mins.

Convenient for the RAI and staff are friendly and helpful. Room was small but clean. Double bed is two singles pushed together and the mattresses shift apart. Not ideal. Overall not bad though.

Staff, location, cleanliness, prices are very satisfying

The bathroom cabin was leaking and water was always on the floor.

The hotel location is ideal, close to all attractions and transportation and the breakfast was good. There is one turkish staff named Mr. Cenan he was so professional and friendly guy, I appreciate him

Everything was Good.

I have to say the commute to the city center was really easy and unproblematic. Good connection also to other big train stations. The staff was always very nice and helpful.

Unfortunately I can't recommend this hotel for longer than 1 night. When you take a shower there is only a half door, and the whole floor is wet. There is a huge humidity problem. We were in October and it was very cold. Not heating works. As a couple we thought we would get one big bed but there were 2 beds put together and the topper on it. The problem is that In the middle there was a dig all the time. Very uncomfy. Nothing was drying there.Other than that the room was not really clean. Please please hotel.wash those curtains!

great location, received a free room upgrade for a more spacious one. pretty standard, met my expectations. the hotel has seen better days, but it's clean

looks a bit worn down

Proximity to RAI; close to trams; quiet residential area; clean; good internet; many plugs in room; balcony on courtyards at second floor; lift; additional toilet at ground floor. Restaurants close to hotel. I read negative comments about the place but it was absolutely not my experience.

The entrance door looks a bit forbidding.
