The hotel did not have an elevator, and we had to carry our bags up some steep steps. The room was very small, as was the bathroom. The beds very of really cheap quality and moved constantly. Our room faced the street and from 5am onwards it was noisy.

Extremely quick check in, very polite professional staff. Enthusiastic restaurant staff. Very clean room, well appointed spacious rooms.

The distance of the hotel to the airport is 6-7km, which in taxi fare is about 25-30 Euro. It seems close, but in reality is expensive to travel to. This room faced the main road, and a lot of street and vehicle noise can impact light sleepers.

Excellent stay, Hotel looks recently refurbished and was clean and well presented. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The restaurant at the hotel was amazing.

You have to walk to another hotel to get the airport shuttle but it isn't far, just 3-5 minutes walk

Unexpectedly cozy, family-operated hotel not far from the airport, located in a village-style area. The place has a good bar and a decent restaurant. If you want to support a real small business rather than hotel chains, book Hotel Herbergh.The hotel itself feels very fresh. It has modern plumbing and well-equipped rooms.

Actually, the hotel doesn’t have its own airport shuttle. If you’re coming from the airport, you need to use the free Ramada shuttle, which stops about a five-minute walk from Hotel Herbergh. Not ideal when you’re carrying a lot of luggage.On the way to Schiphol, you have to pay for the same Ramada shuttle, and it’s still a five-minute walk from the hotel. So it’s better to take an Uber or use your own car — the hotel offers good free parking in the backyard.

The clean rooms, friendly staff and overall peaceful and quiet location made this the perfect short stay location!

Modern design in the rooms with a cozy feeling of “at home” at the bar/restaurant. Easy access from airport (free shuttle in, 6€ back). Quite, convenient and with charm.

The property was undergoing renovations and this was not advertised when I booked the room. The hallway was dirty and the ceilings were open as they were in the middle of renovating. The central heating system in my room did not work because it was not yet functioning due to the renovations. It was cold in the room and I did not sleep well at all. They provided me with a small portable radiator but it was a little noisy at night and did not provide enough heat for the big room. The hotel should notify customers in advance about the renovations and the lack of a heating system. When asking for a partial refund my request was denied. Not the most customer friendly thing to do.

The room was updated and clean, comfy bed. Shower was great and nice hairdryer.

The room only had 1 robe, 2 per room would be great. Would have been nice to know the airport shuttle was walk to the Ramada down the street. A chilly walk with suitcases at 7am.

Location, staff, breakfast

I liked the location and the staff. After I checked out on two consecutive mornings, the staff let me store some of my property until I returned on those evenings.

The heater in the room was not working so it was a little bit cold during the night. Also, the room rate was pretty high.

Staff very pleasant and helpful. Location great for proximity to airport.

Room didn't look at all what the pictures look like (old carpets with dust in corners etc, old bed and furniture). Wet room didn't have a fan - humidity would go into room and make it extremely stuffy, opened the windows with it being -3 outside to get rid of it. Not worth the money if the room doesn't come as advertised, this room was clearly missed during the refurbishment?

Clean, modern , close to the airport, food is great.

Room was very nice and staff was friendly. Restaurant only had pizza about 45 min prior to close. Breakfast not included, pricey, and looked like cereal and yogurt - skip it

The property is good rather old but good

We were in the apartment which has one room above the hotel's kitchen and it was extremely noisy with NO consideration from the staff that we had small kids sleeping in the room. They woke us up at 5am and were unapologetic

This property instantly gave you a small town feeling. It was a very clean lobby area and guest rooms. I enjoyed speaking with Ella at the front desk. My room was ready, however the heat was turned down. Ella made sure to put me into a new room that was warm and ready. The restaurant had an amazing burger!

Room was comfortable. The quilt and bed excellent.

Nuce hotel and restaurant. I was happy to be on the groundfloor becaude otherwise I would have had to carry the suitcase up the stairs. The staff was friendly and the restarant had good food

The hotel is easy to reach by car but if you take the shuttle, the street you have to cross has no pedestrian crossing. Not the easiest to do with suitcases.
