Pros +

The staff was top notch. As good as it gets.
The location was great, really close to everything.
Great staff and location to Dam Square and Amsterdam Centraal

Cons -

The room had a bizarre layout. There were strange tapping noises all throughout the stay at all hours.
Our room was small, but I think that's normal for Amsterdam.
