Location. Close to tram station and grocery stores. Quiet neighborhood

Beds were very soft.

Restaurant Staffs are friendly and professional.

Yes. Check in. You arrive in the morning tired after a long flight and you have to wait until 03:00 pm for check in.

Not clean. Very small barely any space to move around. Not worth the value.

Restaurant offers a bit costly breakfast with limited selection. Room has no perculator to boil water but they do have nespresso machine

Hotel is easy accesible by tram, staff is polite and the check-in on the spot is really easy. Room was spacious and the beds were comfy. Room has everything that you need.

I booked this hotel because it was near the hospital where I worked (and was visiting). The staff was wonderful! They were friendly and helpful, which made the slightly out of the way location worth it. The room was large and clean; I haven't slept that well in a long time. I would definitely come and stay here again.

The area outside the hotel is a little sketchy but no problems were encountered. I only mention this as a single female traveller may feel intimidated.

The walls and bathroom door were very dirty with big stains. The bathroom had an awful sewage smell coming from the shower drain. The bathroom design was very depressing like a public toilet. The windows would not open, making it very hard to air the room. The windows were facing an inner small courtyard without an outside view which made the room dark. The bed was fine.

Good location of the hotel u have near train ,bus ... too get to your location in the sity.

We gor some readon got handicap room ground floor. Not so good shower. If get better room will stay again

Fenced in parking area.

The shower flooded the bathroom. We could hear every footstep and conversation from the room above us. The 'window' was a view of the lobby and curtains didn't block out enough of the light at night.
