Friendly and helpful reception. Very close to the central rail station and easy access to canals, bars, restaurants and main shopping centre.

Breakfast was convenient but basic.

The location close to the train station was great. The price was good.

It was a cold breakfast, no hot food available. There was no tea or coffee making facilities in the room

The room, while small (a single room), was extremely clean and nicely prepared. the bed was very comfortable and good quality bedding. Location was really perfect with quick access to the Amsterdam Centraal and effectively at the entrance to the busy tourist area.. Staff at reception were very friendly and ready to help. For the price, the hotel exceeded my expectations.

Sounds crazy but the water pressure and temperature in the bathroom was top notch. The staff were all lovely and helpful. No complaints.

Reception Desk Laura, she was very helpful to me.Location is so perfect that you can walk to the hotel from the Amsterdam Central (main station). It is in city centre so you can walk to almost every touristy location.Room was cozy, perfectly heated and clean.Must recommend if you are a backpacker and need a separate private room.

I booked single room, I expected a little bigger room.

Extremely airless and tiny room, not comfortable at all. Very noisy - all 5 nights we stayed people were screaming, partying, and doing karaoke right under the window. The toilet flush stopped working three times during our stay. I wouldn’t really recommend this hotel. The only positives were the location and the included breakfast, which was good. The gentleman working during breakfast had his own great vibe - singing songs, and always refilling everything right away when it was running low.

Best part ...The Hotel is just a 5 min walk from The Central Train Station. Perfect base for exploring Amsterdam. Very clean and comfortable room indeed. Friendly staff at reception and very decent breakfast.

The room was comfortable enough, very clean and the breakfast was good. However, the location is superb. I recommend it.

The location close to Amsterdam Centraal is simply perfect. Very friendly staff. The bed is confortable and the bathroom was renewed. A gluten free breakfast box was arranged for my early check out.
