Staff were friendly and helpful.Comfortable and clean rooms

The room was a perfect size for 3 of us. It was clean & tiday. The facilities where great for what we needed. Location was also spot on & staff where super friendly.

I have no negatives, we had a fantastic stay.

In a nice area with some local bars and cafes and close to the centre but didn't feel too touristy and overcrowded. Staff were lovely and offered us free hot drinks throughout the day :)

The room was slightly small especially for the price of it.

The option to be in the reception/bar, the hotel culture, the excellent service, nice conversations with the staff and the central location.

I had a small room, but it would have been nice to have a small fridge.

Only stairs - not a problem for me personally but could be for others!

Room was perfect for 1, location was superb and service was really friendly and helpful, i.e., city recommendations.

Would have been nice to have had a mini fridge in the room to store food items.

Excellent location, walking distance to the Museum Quarter and many other attractions. Very good breakfast, and especially we appreciate very tasty free coffee available at any time.The rooms are rather small, but very clean and the bad was really comfortable.Last, but not least. There’s an excellent Italian restaurant next door.

The phone in our room didn’t work and the safe box didn’t function properly. It’s not a big deal, but…The stairs are very steep and narrow and there’s no lift available. We had a room on the fourth floor, and fortunately we had only carryon suitcases so it wasn’t a real problem, but if you have a big suitcase or experience a mobility problem- good luck…

Great location - away from the craziness, on a relatively quiet street, but close to transportation (there's a tram stop directly in front of the hotel). The experience of staying at this property felt welcoming, thoughtful and personal. So happy with our choice.

Location is great, host was great, everything was clean.

I am a non smoking person l the whole walk way was always smelling of smoking,and to stairs they was not signage’s for you to mind the high toward the next floor l hit my heat toward the wall as l was going up

The staff were consistently friendly and welcoming, which made the stay very pleasant. Hot drinks were always available at reception, a small but appreciated touch, especially during winter. Any issue we raised was addressed promptly and professionally.

The building has very narrow and steep stairs, which may be challenging for guests with limited mobility or heavy luggage. We initially had to request an improvement in the room cleaning, although this was resolved quickly and maintained for the rest of the stay.

Fantastic little hotel with lovely staff and located near everything. Excellent breakfast. Would be happy to visit again.

Wonderful staff, kind and helpful. Very clean and orderly property. Charming on-site cafe area for hanging out. Terrific location.

No major qualms, but single bed and shared bathroom were not my ideal.

Really nice hotel in a convenient central location. The bus from the airport dropped us just around the corner, which made arrival very easy.The staff were friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. There were steep stairs up to our room, but they were perfectly manageable for able-bodied guests.Our cosy twin room was very comfortable, with a great shower, extremely comfy beds, and dark curtains that helped us get a really good night’s sleep.Downstairs there’s a small, cosy drinking area where each evening we enjoyed a cup of relaxing sleepy tea before heading up to bed.Breakfast offered a good variety, and the ladies serving it were very welcoming. Overall, a lovely stay and a hotel we would happily recommend.

Great central location with easy access to public transportation. Rooms were clean and had what was needed for a short stay.

No elevator, so prepare to go up or down steep stairs manually.
