Leonardo Hotel Amsterdam Museum Quarter

It was clean, comfortable, location and the view.

Slightly small room, but was not going to spend much time at the hotel.

Location was perfect. Right next to Rijksmuseum.

It took the staff about 20 minutes to find my reservation (they gave me a free beer and breakfast voucher). Room was in the basement and had a shower that flooded x3 almost instantly due to slow drainage. There was food in fridge from prior guest.

The host who checked us in was amazing. I'm sorry I missed her name, but she was about 4'4", blonde. such friendly and helpful people, all of them.

Great location, staff were very nice and helpful. Breakfast was good, but there could have been a little more choice.

The hotel room was quite small, but the location made up for that.

Location is very convenient to the museum quarter and major points of interest as well as transit. Fresh fruits are a big plus.

Didn't expect the room would be that small. There is no easy way to manage the luggage and limited service is available from the staff since they were very busy.

Location of hotel was excellent. Couldn¿t ask for better staff. Everyone was very responsive to requests and willing to resolve issues. I would definitely recommend and staff at this hotel again.

Housekeeping. We put sign out first thing in mornings requesting room be cleaned (instructed to hang on door by 11:00). I room was not cleaned. By 4:00 - 5:00 pm we contacted front desk. Clean towels were brought up to room and soiled towels removed.

The location was fantastic!

I did not like that our room was in the lower level of the hotel. It seemed like a basement. And our room was next to the hotel¿s laundry facilities, it made me feel like I was in a very cheap hotel. Also, we could hear people in the hallways. Ugh!

No fuss hotel. Excellent location for our purpose of visiting museums.

Very expensive for the very small room. We are pur in a room in front of a building site which woke us up with banging and loud noise very early in the morning. We had bad sleep on both nights woken up before 7 AM. Not good management of new guests.

Location is good, close to the park and the museums

Room is tiny, and bathroom is even smaller. Fixtures are awful, impossible to use, water is splashing everywhere

My opinion I think more vacuum in the room and wall !! Because dusties ! It seem the room never been used before ! It has dustie on the wall and bed !! I was sneezing many time .

Location was great, room and bathroom was nice but very small for the price. Front desk employees were great, other employees like the cleaning staff and cafe servers were quite rude and difficult to interact with.

Bed was lumpy, there was maybe 1 foot of clearance between the wall and the end of the bed. Didn¿t clean our room but we put the door tag on three days in a row. Requested toilet paper and towels from front desk and the person who brought them was rude.

The location was AMAZING (close to museums, restaurants, tourist sites) for a reasonable cost and the staff was excellent.

The hotel location is excellent, a short few blocks to major museums.

Small rooms lack sound control -- Footsteps in the room above woke me up at 1 a.m. Electricity and a.c. settings are controlled. Food options for dinner are basic & limited; service is poor. I was given a menu and then the waiter disappeared.

Stylish convenient hotel with accommodating staff. Would stay here again.

Location is incredible. Just a few steps away from the Rijkmuseum and less than 2 blocks from the Van Gogh Museum.

The bed in our room was atrocious. The box spring/foundation was broken in the middle and a giant depression resulted.
