The location is awesome, right on a canal and minutes from the train.

Needs hooks in the bathroom, no place to hang towels

Perfect location. Cannot be any better. In middle of everything. Hotel was clean and staff very helpful. Very close to train station and only breakfast place that opens at 7 :).

Room didn't have AC but since the weather was good and there was a table fan, it worked out in small room. If it was Any hot, it may not have worked for us. Having a small coffee pot in room would have been helpful too. There is no elevator in the hote

Good central location. Very clean and keen on cleanness. Amazing staff. Very attentive and friendly. Good value for money.

Tourists in the street can be rowdy and obnoxious. They might yell at 3 AM below your window. Stairs are a torture if you have a 20 KG piece of luggage. The staff helped me but I wish the listing states clearly it¿s not equipped for disabled people

The receptionist was amazing! The hotel was very clean and well kept! And in the perfect location!

The location was perfect

I booked a double room, however the bed was not a proper double bed at all. It felt more like a single bed suitable for one plus-size person, but definitely not for two adults. Sleeping together on this “double” bed was extremely uncomfortable.The room was very cold. The heating did not help, and there was a strong draft coming from the windows. I had to ask for an extra blanket.Soundproofing was very poor, most likely due to the old windows - the same ones that let the cold air in. Noise from outside was clearly audible.The room itself was very small. Two people could barely move around, not to mention sleeping comfortably on the so-called double bed.Overall, the room did not meet expectations for a double room in terms of comfort, temperature, noise insulation, or space

My room was in semi-basement with a tiny window at the top

The location was perfect as it was in the centre of Amsterdam.It was like a bougie hostile January is quite cold in Amsterdam. The heating was amazing in the room.

The first room stadium was in the basement, which was very small. The noise we could hear from the small window was the water from outside., the breeze was not nice in that small little basement room so we decided to complain and they gave us a different room which was much bigger, overlooking The canal.The street life is very hard from the room, but it isn’t and wasn’t a problem for me

We really enjoyed our 2-day stay in Amsterdam. The hotel was comfortable and conveniently located. A special thanks to the staff especially the Moroccan gentleman who was incredibly warm, friendly, and helpful. His welcome truly made our stay even better. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

Great location but near the red light district if that's a concern. No elevator and a steep stairway that was manageable.

Bar/restaurant/street revelers noise was fairly loud into the wee hours.

Short walk from the train station and location was neat everything.

So very, very noisy. Could hear everyone on the street till 3 in the morning. Hardly got any sleep because of it.

There was a lot of noise coming from outside because the windows are old and thin . Also there times were cold wind was coming from outside because of the windows.

7 min walk from Centraal Station. Location perfect if you want to be in the middle of everything. You can hear the noise from the streets so be aware of that. Staff very friendly and allowed us to leave our bags for free before check in and after check in while we had a wander around the city. Clean room, clean bathroom and shower. Fresh towells. Vedning amchine and coffee machine in the lobby. Stairs are a little steep but I think most places in Amsterdam are liek that. No lift so be aware. I would recommend this place and I would stay again.

The only thing was if I open the wondow in my room the smell of smoke gets in. That's it.

The Central location, very close to the train station.Canal views.Service, the person who checked me in , helped me carry my suitcase to my room upstairs.The room and bathroom were clean.Access to little bars and cafes.

The location can't be beat. Just mere meters from the RLD and all its great bars. Took the free taxi arranged by booking.com and that was pretty great. Took them about 25 minutes to pick us up though.

Pretty barebones experience - no elevator that I saw. No coffee. Small room, etc. Not particularly cheap, either.

Nothing- it said air conditioner available then i get to the room and the heater is on and they’re not able to switch it off- it was so uncomfortable and hot. WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY
