Pros +
- It was clean
- The location was great and facilities were adequate
- The cofee machine and location
Cons -
- It was perhaps the worst value for money that I have ever gotten for a hotel. Utterly and completely overpriced.
- Could tell the age of the building and minor works like part exposed brickwork and bits missing
- Noisy rooms, walls like paper thin to hear your neighbour's. The whole place needs decorating , way to expensive for what you get

The location was perfect, a short walk to shops, and bars, it had a free coffee / hot drinks machine down in the lobby. They had card locks in the rooms so you could put in if you wanted your room cleaned or kit, but only realised this the night before we left.
The front main door was kept ajar, which allowed the cold air to filter up through the hotel, there was a 2nd door but that was also kept open. The hotel was quite basic and old looking inside but it was kept clean and tidy.
The location is amazing! It’s perfect if all you need is a bed, heather/ AC and bathroom.
The shower leaks into the bathroom. Not sure if that is just standard for Amsterdam.
The location of the property is amazing and the WIFI works.
The hotel beds are super uncomfortable, the room was cold and the heating won’t go past a certain temperature, the cleanliness is not great, they don’t have hand soap and basic necessities like toothpaste for guests. I wasn’t expecting much of it but it was really not great stay.
Location
Dated, dirty, noisy air con, very small rooms, no drink making facilities other than main reception. Only overhead lights. Switches on side of the bed not working and footprints on the walls.
Compared to other places in the area this was a cheaper option. The room was fine nothing great but I was also behind reception which wasn't ideal. The Staff were very friendly.
It was very basic. No Iron, no kettle (I had to use the coffee machine in the lobby to get hot water) and the room was quite dark and basic.
Awful
Was untidy hairs and stains in the bedding, window sounded like it was about to come off and it says soundproof but you can hear everything, had to leave early as it was disgusting
It was close to the places we wanted to visit. The staff were so friendly. The hotel was warm and clean.
Passable
It was very cold, they had a plug in heater but it didn’t make a big difference
I liked everything: fast check-in, friendly receptionist, clean and tidy hotel room and bathroom, the manually controlled heating in the room.Thank you!It was a lovely stay
Everything was good
Location is superb, we came for business and it have great connection to RAI and centre. That is best of all.
Rooms are so tiny and packed. With no view at all.
Staff are very friendly & Helpful. Location was great & next to everything you need.
The Bed was slightly uncomfortable for me. Some guests were very loud as well as the loud thuds from people walking around in the corridor. Lost a little sleep staying at this hotel. Shower-head was pretty dirty too.

Fantastic location with large windows and view of the canals if you get the front facing room.
Bathroom was tiny with a strange shower set up.

Perfect location, nice food, nice staff, special thanks to polish lady and her proffesionalism. She helped us a lot. Thank you.
There was a one thing we did not like that we had to come back home
Anna, the Receptionist, is lovely and very helpful
No WiFi in the room, which made it hard to work in there
Location & staff
No soap or hand towels or anywhere to hang a hand towel by basin. Only ever put 2 towels out had to ask for extra every night. When showering the whole floor got wet so if you needed the toilet in the night you had to stand on wet floor. The mattress was just a topper not comfortable - a topper really doesn’t count as a mattress! TV but no remote Wall light broken Telephone but not plugged in Heating turned off when you turned light off. Sheets clean but generally dirty Mould in shower, squashed Nat’s on wall or bogies wiped on them. Very Basic Room layout really not thought out
