- Location, comfort, staff.
- Location for what we were doing was great. Walking distance to all the museums which was what I was planning to do this trip. Clean and pleasant to stay in. Friendly desk and they held my luggage for the day when I was checking out. A lovely stay here!
- The staff of the hotel was very friendly and helpful. The restaurant food was excellent. The location of the hotel is perfect for visiting museums and having long walks.
Cons -
- Only two little pubs nearby for eating. Both were always packed So you may plan to eat further out. And the big downfall is: you are next to anRED LIGHT DISTRICT. Be sure not to turn the wrong way as you walk out of the hotel!!
- The breakfast was very good by quality and quantity but I would suggest more variety in the menu.

The staff of the hotel was very friendly and helpful. The restaurant food was excellent. The location of the hotel is perfect for visiting museums and having long walks.

The staff was very accommodating and friendly. The location made it easy to see Amsterdam either on foot or by tram. It is located near a long outdoor market; we were able to walk there from the Van Gogh Museum. Our room was huge with a great view.
