- Great location and clean
- The location of the hotel was perfectly lovely. There was a very nice bar and breakfast room and an outdoor patio in a private location. Very close to the trams, wonderful restaurants and the Food Halllen. Everyone was friendly, helpful and gracious
- Huge bathroom and bathtub
Cons -
- The room was way too hot and the thermostat had no effect. Although I complained to the staff they never addressed the issue.
- Went to checkout and grab a coffee and a bagel. I was in a hurry so when I saw there was no line at the front desk, I decided to checkout first. Walked 20 feet to grab the coffee and they stopped me said I couldn¿t take it because I had checked out¿.¿¿
