Hotel Casa Amsterdam

The hotel has a fresh, playful design with a cheerful atmosphere and plenty of relaxing spaces, from the lobby seating area to the rooftop terrace. There’s even a small convenience store on-site. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was rich, and the East restaurant was an unexpected highlight with a great menu.

The terrace bar was underwhelming in both selection and value, especially compared to the restaurant.The soap and shampoo provided were too harsh for sensitive skin.

Room was great, location was awesome, and the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. Breakfast works, and the minimart there was incredibly convenient. Will be staying there again.

The rooms were a little bit hot, I didn't find that the temperature management system was effective. That was the only thing I could find.

No air conditioning

clean. friendly staff. nicely sized rooms with modern outlets (usb-c and usb-a). shop in the lobby where you can buy simple things like drinks, snacks, hygiene products, and power cords if you’ve forgotten yours

The room is very cute. We also enjoy so much with the hotel facilities. It was overall a very good experience and we were happy to stay at Hotel Casa.

The room is very clean but the bathroom facilities can be seen that it is a bit old (the sink has scratch and it is a bit yellow-ish / color material seems to be old). Maybe hopefully soon they will do the update for bathrooms!

We had a great stay here in januari! The staff was so helpful and friendly, location was perfect, nice spacious & clean room, parking was not too expensive and definitely big enough, delicious breakfast buffet and the little shop is perfect for a midnight snack. We will for sure be back on our next visit :-)

Clean, quiet, and spacious room which included a mini fridge, kettle, and coffeemaker (coffeemaker did not work). Comfortable bed.

It's a 12 minute walk from the closest metro station (with stairs, which was troublesome with my suitcase). Coffeemaker didn't work.

Great hotel. Loved the breakfast and the staff were all helpful and friendly.

The location was too far away from the town center for a tourist

Cleanliness, cute crib, helpful staff, good location. Hotel's restaurant is also nice.

- The room was a bit cold but we could get a heater to warm it up- The breakfast is a little expensive- There was some noise specially with the heavy rain

Elevator was not working. The rest is ok. I wouldn’t stay again.

Elevator was a pain in the ass. The problem is nobody did anything about it for 5 days duration of my stay.

Super comfortable. Great atmosphere. Excellent restaurant which made it easy to take food back to the room!

The shower holder didn’t stay in place. It could have easily been fixed, but I didn’t bother asking at the front desk because it wasn’t that big of a deal.

The location is a 7 min walk to Amsterdam Amstel with connections to the Trains / Metro & Trams.The Room was a good size and clean. While there is room to hang your clothes there isn't any draws to put other "small" items away so if you are staying longer than a few days you will be living out of your suitcase.The breakfast was OK but needed more variety... i.e. Beans/ sausages. The Fruit and coffee was good though. Generally, The staff were very welcoming & professional.

Not much to do arround the property

The hotel is very cozy and beautiful. We stayed on the ninth floor and had a beautiful view. The staff was very friendly, and we also really enjoyed the cafe. It's easy to get to the airport. We didn't use public transportation; we walked everywhere. So the location is also very convenient. There's a cafe right next to the canal where you can relax in the evening. The rooms also have a coffee maker and a kettle for boiling water.

The rooms could be cleaner, we found a fair amount of hair from previous hotel guests on a chair and in the bathroom.

The bathroom tap making a small noise, like whistling, every time you open it! Same everyone on the 7th floor where I was!

We stayed in the Casa hotel for three nights and loved it. The room was a large with a small fridge as well as a very nice coffee maker. Of all the rooms on our European trip this was the largest room. Located very well for the underground train tram, and the buses in Amsterdam.The longer we stay there the more we got to know the Neighbourhood and appreciate all that it had to offer.

Located close to metro station making it quick to travel to the city centre. Coffee bar in the lobby was great and the rooms were modern and clean. Very friendly and kind staff.

The bed was very comfortable. The shower had enough pressure and fast-warmed water. It also has a cafe and a restaurant downstairs.

TV could use a few more apps.

The room was clean and spacious, location was great the train was very near and Ubers arrived fast. The staff were fiendly.

We could hear a lot of noises from the room next door, it was difficult to sleep at night.
