    Pros +

    • Beautiful rooms, very kind staff, everything was comfortable. Great water pressure in the rooms, comfy mattress, and air conditioning. They even gave us a small basket of snacks and water when we got there.
    • Everything was great, very kind staff, the breakfast amazing and very tasty, the location in a quiet neighbourhood, 15-20’ away from the city center via tram, 10’ away from the basic museums via foot.
    • Amazing staff all around, and exceptional service when we requested additional services. Safe and quiet area, with several tram connections just around the corner. Walking distance to many great redtaurants.

    Cons -

    • I can’t think of anything I didn’t like!
    • The room was quite small, not that it was a huge of problem if you don’t have big luggages it’s okay. The only problem was the pressure of the water in the shower, it was making it very hard for us to shower as it was taking soooooo long!
    • The room was a little noisy, since it wasn't very soundproof in any direction.

Staff were exceptional. Antonio especially couldn't do enough for us.Bed was very comfortable, and we really appreciated that they offered free use of the coffee machine in the communal area

Room a little too small, especially if you have a big bag.

Our deluxe room was big by European standards. They have a good coffee machine in the lobby, and there was a welcome set with free water and chips on the first day.

It is located in the residential area and a bit remote from center. There is not too many casual places to eat or grocery stores near by. The carpet in our room was stained and towels had holes in it. Overall, the hotel felt old. The reception personal was hit and miss, some were quite nice. I personally would try other option when I am back to Amsterdam.

The staff were so friendly, it was conveniently located and close walking distance to the tram. Free hot drinks available 24/7, usually a selection of free pastries out through the day.

Rooms are a little small if you have large suitcases, but very comfortable once you unpack.

Good location away from the tourist vortex. Very easy to get into the centre via tram, a pleasant walk to the museums. Quiet residential neighbourhood with shops and cafes. The hotel itself was comfortable and clean, with everything I needed (fridge, kettle, hairdryer). There is free tea and coffee all day in the downstairs lounge. Staff are friendly and helpful. In mid-January, the price was reasonable.

I'm not usually fussy about beds, but mine was very hard and I didn't sleep well. It was a relief to get back to my own bed.

Excellent location, just a few minutes by bike from the center. Their bikes are excellent for getting around the city.the room with lots of light, clean, ventilated, comfortable. The fruit and croissants are enough.

    the carpet in the room.

The room was quiet, clean and comfortable. The location suited us and the staff were great.

We are use to haveing coffee in the room but it wasn't a problem as coffee was available from reception.

Tastefully decorated boutique hotel. Room was comfortable and quiet. The location is ideal if you don’t want to be right in the center but still within walking distance to the main museums.

The environment and decoration of the hotel are very good. Free coffee and fruit are also provided. The room is clean and the location of the hotel is convenient.Recommended for stay.

The staff were all really friendly and welcoming. The location is wonderful.

The pillows were extremely hard and I didn't find them comfortable. The carpet in room 127 was bleach-stained and didn't give a great first impression.

I liked the beauty and comfort of the hotel.

First day my heating of the room didn’t work but a very polite and nice receptionist figured everything out and the next day everything worked super! He made me a complementary drink as compensation and i was very glad with it. Staff are very friendly and kind.

The Delphi is lovely, spotlessly clean, low key and very Amsterdam. The team members are friendly and helpful. It’s a terrific location, near everything. I especially love their bikes available for a small fee allowing guests great city transportation without having to go anywhere to pick up or drop off a leased bicycle. And the breakfast has everything you would want to eat and drink in starting the day, including lots of fresh fruit and protein options. The Delphi is my favorite place to stay while in Amsterdam for work or pleasure. Thanks for another great visit!

Nothing I can think of, everything was great!

Hotel was incredibly clean which was great, and when we were upgraded rooms this was brilliant, more space and very quiet

Initially was put on the second floor queen room which was ridiculously small, during the night the corridor door kept slamming (we were next to the door) then other customers kept walking past making a vast amount of noise. Then to top it off the bin men then came at the crack of dawn making so much noise outside. Room size very misleading online.

Beautiful, stylish hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent amenities. I particularly enjoyed the welcome treats and coffee station.

The room was tight for space, but as a solo traveller this was ok. It might have been a bit tight for 2 guests.
