I did like the location of the hotel the staff were very friendly i did like the voucher you get if you hold off on housekeeping but think that for it to work properly and for the hotel to want to be greener offer adults adult drinks .ie full pints wine or sprits

the elevators looked kinda worn and the bang and scrap marks were obvious. the chairs and tables were very wobbly

The stay at this hotel was very good. The room was clean, the staff was very friendly, and the location was perfect. I would definitely recommend it and would stay here again.

We found our room cold and spent 3 days trying to get the temperature of the room higher - the controls were easy enough to follow but I think it was probably down to the eco friendly policy of the hotel that wouldn't allow us to turn either the small wall heaters, heated towel rail or air con up to a reasonable level. Would certainly return, perhaps in warmer weather when the issue with the heating wouldn't be a problem

Only the location is good

Everything in the room has either dirt or stain for the price I payed this is so disappointing and also the room cleaning staff are so bad they come and only do the bed with the same sheets for one week!

Very modern, clean & rooms were really big. We stayed in a quadruple room & it was extremely comfortable. Reception staff very helpful & polite.

The restaurant staff were rude & service wasn’t great.

Friendly staff, very clean and great location

The room we were staying in was located next door to the gym and every morning of our stay we were woken up by the sound of people exercising and running on the treadmill. We were not warned about this when we were given our room number otherwise I would have asked to be moved.

The hotel staff is nice. We got the room we arrived at 11 am before the usual check-in time. The hotel is in a great location on the flower market.

The ceiling in the room was a bit low, and the room was dark.

Second time staying in this hotel and will definitely come back! It’s so central with great breakfast, lovely rooms and very friendly staff

Quite spacious interconnecting rooms that worked really well for our family. The glory of this hotel is its superb location right in the heart of the action. No need for transport to get to shopping, restaurants and cultural icons - just walk straight out the front door.

Nothing. the hotel worked so well with what we wanted to achieve in Amsterdam.

Great staff, in a good location, not far from the main shopping street and a 10 minute walk to the centre. It wasn't too noisy and that was overlooking the street. Rooms were clean and warm.

The incentive to not have your room cleaned and towels changed is a bit disingenuous. They state for every day you don't have your room serviced you will get your favourite drink. We didn't have our room serviced and when we went to the bar, you can't have any drink and it's only half a pint of lager.

Everything - the staff was great and they always tried to assist with any problem that I raised, the room (junior suite) was beautiful!, the breakfast was very good as well.

Clean and well located with good facilities

The young man on reception who checked us in was so helpful We had been travelling for 8 weeks over Europe & he was the most welcoming.

-Our room was clean and staff were lovely and attentive. -Great options to rent umbrellas and bikes!-Ordered room service one of the nights and the food was amazing :) -opting out of daily room cleaning gets you free drinks!

I booked an Amsterdam trip as a Christmas gift to my partner and opted for a more expensive room. These are just some minor things that we weren’t happy with but didn’t affect our stay:-“Smart Tv” was unfortunately not very smart. It was old and outdated. It did not have anything interesting to watch, we could only find advertisements and very little channels. It had no access to internet therefore we could not screen share/Netflix etc. -the door to our balcony was a bit dodgy and the handle would get stuck a lot :/ All and all we had a great stay but when paying for ‘superior double room’ I expected better.

Location is exactly at the flower market, good location, clean room.

room is a bit small, Gym is very small and doesn't have needed equipment if someone is serious about working out.Design of the rooms can be better.
