Westcord City Centre Hotel

Friendly staff! Clean hotel, great location.

Location was very easy to find walking distance from the train and very central to everything else.

The carpets in the room were stained and dirty. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The location was excellent. We did not eat breakfast at the hotel.

If the rooms were cleaner, mainly the carpet, then the stay would have been much better.

Location was amazing. Walkable to everything. And train staion 5 minutes away. Also the tram was directly in front of the hotel, if we wanted to take it.

The staff at the reception was weird. The housekeeper took the trash out only and didn’t even clean the bathroom or fold the towels. Only our beds were tidied up and trashes were cleaned.

Nice lobby vibe. Coffee and tea and lemon mint water provided at lobby gives a feel of welcoming..Great location near central station

Water pressure can be low. Though was adjusted by hotel. Basin slightly choke. Room can still feel chilly even with heater

The location was great and close to tram and walking distance to sites.Jip at reception was very kind and helpful, a big shout out to him.The lobby had snacks and was always clean and comfortable.

The rooms are really small and with luggage it was hard to move around for 2 people.

We booked 3 rooms and requested the beds to be separated since people were sharing rooms. They were not able to accommodate. We were told that due to availability, our prepaid, reserved rooms were not available.

Location was terrific, so central. Staff was very kind as well. Appreciated that we could leave our bags there after check out and that our room was ready early.

Our request for 2 twin beds was confirmed but upon arrival we got a room with just 1 double bed. Room was very very small, difficult to get around the bathroom, tight.

Check in was super easy. I checked in online before I got there. Just had to pick up my keys at the desk. Location was perfect, easy to walk to City Center. Main train station was an easy short walk.

Location is convenient to train station. Safe as it is across from the police station. Sheets and towels clean, bed comfortable.

The rug in my room was terribly stained, large bleach spots. Behind both towel hooks in the bathroom the tile grout has black mold. The staff said the rugs are professionally cleaned monthly. The mold they couldn’t deny and did not say they would remedy it.
