Jaz in the City Amsterdam

Near the train station (8 minute walk) which is convenient to get to either the airport or city center

The room was clean, comfortable and stylish. We attended a concert at the Ziggo dome and the location of the hotel is right next door, so it was perfect. The breakfast was tasty and the staff welcoming and friendly. Would definitely recommend

Although the bathroom was beautiful and clean, we could not regulate the hot water in the shower, with the temperature fluctuating between hot and cold.

I loved everything about the hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, the location was perfect, and the overall atmosphere of the property was modern, comfortable, and welcoming. The room was clean and stylish, and the facilities were excellent throughout my stay. KHALID FROM SAUDI ARABIA

Honestly, there wasn’t anything I didn’t like. Everything met or exceeded my expectations. KHALID FROM SAUDI ARABIA

Nice location and cute hotel. Very close to the train station and concert halls.

Superb location for any concert at the Arena, Ziggo or AFASLovely staff, couldn't have been more welcoming or helpfulComfortable beds, nice big showersGreat value for money

Nothing! Everything was spot on.

I really liked my room, it was spacious, clean and the bed was so comfortable and huge. The sitting solution by the window is a really nice and unique touch, it makes the room super cozy. Yoga mat and late check-out time were perfect.

The corridors looked a bit worn, and I had not realised the sauna does not open until 3pm. I was hoping to enjoy a morning sauna, but that didn't happen. Also, the reception staff could have been a bit more friendly.

Very friendly staff, room was clean and comfy, VERY good price for the location. Could walk right into the concert and right into bed afterwards.

All was good actually. Maybe the prices of the restaurant (food/drinks), but that is to be expected at this location, so really no big deal.

Always an exceptional hotel, brilliant location just next to Ziggo Dome and few mins walk from train station. Rooms spotless, stylish and have great facilities. Staff always friendly and helpful!

Perfect location for ziggo dome concert. Clean, huge comfortable bed, lovely shower. Easy check in and check out process

The bar is part of restaurant, would’ve lovely to have a separate place just for a drink.

Location to Ziggo Great Vibe in the restaurant/ bar Great DJ

Bed was good and comfortable, it seems like a small appartment with lot of facilities. Centrally located.

Cool looking and nice built rooms.Good location to travel wherever you need to.Important concert halls at property and close by.

Great room, nice bar, comfy bed.

Room, view, food, service, all excellent

Easy to find, convenient for Ziggo Dome. The room was very comfortable and clean. Good selection at breakfast. Staff were all very helpful and friendly.

Lighting in the rooms can be a bit dark

Excellent hotel, definitely the best option out of all the hotels near AFAS Live or Ziggo Dome. The rooms are very spacious and clean and the staff is also very kind.

The only small thing was that it was quite cold in the room in the evening and I wasn't able to turn the heating up.

Very convenient when attending a concert. Modern and comfortable rooms

The suit and the view from it was amazing and reception team were very careful. I forget my pocket in the safety box after checkout and they save it to me

The maintenance team was not available at night there was a problem with curtains and bathroom but it was minor problem.

Very relaxed vibe throughout our stay at the hotel. Very friendly personnel, staff and security.

To be honest we have no negative comments. Reaaly enjoyed our stay.

Room and artists staying at the hotel

Bar closing at 1130pm and being kicked out into lobby = absolute disgrace
