The location was great. The room was spacious and comfortable.

The pillows were a bit flat which made for an uncomfortable sleep.

Property is clean and very beautiful with spacious modern bedrooms! We loved it. The staff were very amenable and supportive when we had questions. The sauna is also good fun after a long day of travel!

Everything from start to finish was about exceptional service. There was an Indonesian origin lady at the reception, I don't remember her name was just superb (she wore a grey hijab). Welcoming, polite and so warm. She was exceptional but in general all the staff were brilliant

Bedroom really comfortable, large bathroom. Good size bedroom. Bar area and bar food varied choices. Staff very friendly and helpful

Had to return after only one night due to a family emergency. Wish they had given me the other two nights complimentary to be used at a convenient time, especially as the three nights had been prepaid in full and a security deposit was also taken.

Location, the staff, the control and safety - this hotel becomes a restricted area that does not open without a card or inside command.

Very central, you can walk to the center or take a tram, very accessible. The team is amazing, venue very clean.A big thank you to Aprilia (i hope i spelled that correctly) who took great care of us.

Comfort and spotless

I forgot my shampoo there and within seven hours of leaving the place I messaged them to let them know that I forgotten and can I come collect it and they said we don’t keep things that we find

After a very long, terrible day and having to switch hotels, I walked in and was greeted by Kannika, who was an absolute delight! She went above and beyond in helping me and really turned my day around. Exceptional service all around and I will be coming back!

I had a great stay at Hyatt Regency Amsterdam. The hotel stands out for its exceptional cleanliness and thoughtful design—especially the lobby, corridors, and rooms, which are beautifully styled with botanical-themed artwork that creates a calm and refreshing atmosphere.Breakfast was a 10/10: an excellent variety of options and very attentive service made it a highlight of the stay. The gym was reasonably sized and well-equipped, covering all the essential equipment needed for a solid workout.

Lack of credibility. An amount for insurance has been deducted and the amount has not been refunded after leaving the hotel from 13/12/2025

The staff is friendly and the location is in a quieter place of the city but accessible to all places through public transportation.

The new year eve was extremely noisy as the fireworks was blasting almost all night..couldn't fall asleep.... Otherwise the stay was pleasant.
