When I reported mold in the bathroom and malfunctioning shower, I was moved almost immediately to a new room.

The above problems with my first room.

Really lovely hotel, great location a short walk into city centre or take the tram just outside the door. staff were very friendly and helpful with any queries that we had. Rooms are very spacious, and the beds were very comfortable . I would definitely stay here again

poor choice of drinks in the bar, they only have one beer on tap, and just wine or spirits, but not a big deal as there are plenty of bars and restaurants just across the road.

Very clean room.Very nice central position .Wonderful lobby and friendly staff.Definitely will come back when visiting the city again.The most wonderful stay at all.

The hotel is located near the city center and most of the major attraction are just 15-20 minutes walk. Also if do not feel like walking you can pick up a tram just oposite of the hotel. The room was spacious and warm and very very clean. Moreover you have all bits and pieces you meay need. The bar is OK and staff is very friendly. Overall a great choice.

Clean and comfortable hotel. Friendly staff. Great location. And a couple of free drinks at the bar if you choose not to use housekeeping services every day (good for the guest and good for the planet)

I had such a wonderful stay! Everything about the hotel was absolutely amazing , from the beautiful atmosphere to the comfort and cleanliness. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always smiling, which made the experience even more special. Truly felt like home. I would 100% come back again ❤️

One small thing I didn’t enjoy was that the hotel menu was very limited, and sometimes the restaurant was closed or not accepting orders, even though the website mentioned it’s should be open this time . Also, after finishing my meals, I prefer having the plates cleared, but I was told this service isn’t available, so the dishes stay until the next day or need to be placed outside the door.

Lovely view of snowy town. Large, clean room. Unrequested birthday chocolates surprise. Good restaurant, lovely bar, small shop and comfy social areas.

The location was near the centre of everything.

The staff are extremely rude, namely ‘Maybelyn’ and ‘Miriam’. Upon check-in Miriam initially advised me and my partner that there were no fees to be paid and all was ready for myself and my partner to go to the room (as expected). However, before leaving to go to the room Miriam then made us aware that there was a new fee which was optional and I quote that she said “because you booked so long ago, it’s optional and I wouldn’t pay it if I were you”. In which we didn’t as advised (should be recorded from CCTV). After shopping and returning back to the door of our hotel room, we found our room key was deactivated by the lobby and we were locked out of our room in which all of our belongings and money was in. The staff on the front desk hit us with a hefty €83 charge for a ‘new fee’ (bearing in mind we booked this in early October 2025 - the stay was in January 2026). I told the staff that I’d go back to our room to get my bank card and review the terms and conditions before paying such a large amount (I had no form of payment) in which Maybelyn on the front desk rudely refused. I was left with no money to pay the fee nor access to my room to obtain any method of payment. Upon questioning why we had to pay the fee and objecting it after being told earlier on we were clear to go ahead with our stay Maybelyn stated that ‘other customers pay more than this’ - as if €83 on top of a €400+ room isn’t a large amount to pay without having a valid explanation. In the end, we found a way to pay (still not completely aware of why we had to pay the fee - but the longer we waited the more time we wasted of our holiday) and were granted access back to our room - we lost time out of our day in our trip from the UK because of the inconvenience caused from this hotel. Terrible experience. Would not recommend.

Spacious rooms, lots of free candies and snacks! Amazing location right in the city center.

The bathroom is slightly dated but still very comfortable.
