Staff was nt friendly and breakfast was horrible

The hotel is so centrally located, it couldn't be any better. Just off Dam square, with all that has to offer, short walk to many pubs and restaurants, and walking distance to so many other tourist attractions like Anne Frank house, many museums, the Palace, churches, canal cruise, The Lookout, Karaoke bars, red light district and so much more. The hotel itself was spotless, rooms were generous and well equipped, with a hat tip to the building's previous life as a distillery. Staff are all friendly and helpful, and the breakfast set us up for the day ahead. Really good memories of the hotel, and I would recommend it to anyone wanting to be in the middle of all Amsterdam has to offer

Wouldn't change a thing, but the taxi has to drop you a short distance from the hotel as it is on a pedestrianised street.

In the perfect spot with two really good food places just at the sides and coffee shop just across.

I like the fact it’s in the centre next to everything and opposite is a bakery and cafe

If you smoke cigarettes outside you have to walk away from property more as if sets off alarm Ali the breakfast wasn’t great

It’s too expensive for what it offers! I was 1 person and paid 177€ for 1 night. I left very early in the morning so I couldn’t have breakfast but there was no option of any discount on the price

The room was not clean at all. The quality of the toilet paper was very bad.

Great location, comfortable and clean. Help yourself to bottle filter and sparking water and filter coffee throughout the day.

Booked last minute due to flight cancellation so can't complain too much about the last-minute price! Staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was a great size and good temperature controls too. Very dark and slept well.Location was great for being walking distance form Amsterdam Centraal Station.

One of the boilers was broken so only lukewarm water for showering in the morning (not ideal when it's snowing outside!)The lobby was nice, but the corridors felt quite tired. Breakfast had enough on offer but nothing special.

Really great spot to stay in Amsterdam, 1 minute from Dam square and really accessible to everything in the city.Breakfast was lovely, staff were great and the hotel was a lovely place to stay

Great location and friendly staff

A boiler issue meant hot water was limited in the morning. These things happen and we were able to work around it. Queen/King bed but the duvet didn’t drape over the edges of the bed. When 2 people are in the bed it meant the duvet felt small. Didn’t report it or ask for a 2nd duvet but I’d have to if I returned.

Staff, location and cleanliness where all amazing, breakfast was great for a smaller hotel, good selections.

Two singles pushed together that moved. Need something to fix. And a fridge in the room would be very useful

The property was very centrally located .The rooms were exceptionally clean, bathrooms with all accessories. The staff were accommodating and extremely pleasant.

Can’t say there was anything that was negative.
