Staff was terrible and rude, hotel seems very poorly managed. No one really seemed to care about how poor of an experience they were providing

All the receptionist and hotel staff was nice and profesional

Maybe the time to ocupate the room at 3PM is late after a long flight

We had booked two massage sessions before we departed. The external company doing these massages didn’t turn up which was disappointing and wasted our time.

The location to the train station was fantastic, and the wine bar had a great relaxing atmosphere with good food and wine and friendly waiters and servers.The maitre'de at the breakfast room (Jan) was super friendly and helped us negotiate the coffee machine in the lobby.

some facilities were not in operation and had not been active for some time before our booking. I was looking forward to using the gym, particularly the steam room which was advertised. This had apparently been out of order for approx 1 month prior to our visit. Not great. Very poor in terms of priority maintenance. The Sauna was also a bit of a dissapointment.The communal / unisex shower and changing room could be a challenge for persons concerned about safety. An odd layout. Our bed mattress was a bit worn with protruding springs which hurt my back and disturbes my sleep. Room 350.

Comfortable rooms, Best Locatin and Great Breakfast

The location was great and central to Amsterdam. The staff were very friendly and parked our car for us in their garage. Due to issues below the receptionist said we would get a 15% discount payable to booking.com. This was much appreciated.

Of the two rooms one was at the front and extremely noisy from outside such that one couldn't sleep. The other room was extremely hot and despite a staff member coming to look at it didn't solve the problem. At reception we heard of another guest trying to change rooms.

The Hotel is in a fantastic location. Extremely easy to get to and in the heart of the city everything is very close. The hotel itself is extremely clean and the facilities are exceptional. Staff were amazing and so lovely to deal with and very very helpful !

The only thing that was quiet disappointing was the WiFi quality was extremely poor and there was no smart TV’s in the rooms meaning I could only watch 2-3 English speaking channels which had a very poor selection. No screen casting from phones or even access to Netflix or other movie apps.

Everything! Location is the BEST closed to everything we needed to go most specifically the Amsterdam Central Station about 5mis walk only.Staff are super nice. Service is EXCEPTIONAL in every part.Very clean and spacious rooms. Elevators are so fast and efficient. Breakfast buffet has lots of options.

Nothing.We wish there’s an indoor swimming pool.

The room was right on the canal which was fun! A little loud at times but they provided ear plugs.

We couldn't get into the hotel after 9pm without having to buzz the front desk to let us in. They always responded quickly and weren't far but it was a little irksome. Apparently it was because of our room location. But it was very annoying to not be able to just scan into the hotel like everyone else and it was a problem every single night that no one had a remedy for.

The staff was extremely friendly and very neat and clean

The room was not sound proof and the restaurant from the next street made some noise.
