Location

No air conditioning in room, rude staff, bed bugs on room 16.

The hotel was in a good location and the staff were nice.

The room was ridiculously small, the electrical sockets were worn out, one of the curtains was missing, the bathroom door barely opened enough to get into the bathroom. It wasn't particularly clean, there were no washcloths, just towels.

The hotel did not seem like a 4 star hotel at all. It was not worth the price. It was dated and dirty with no amenities. The first room I was assigned to was very dirty, smaller than what I booked and had no working AC. They had to transfer me to a new r

The hotel was in the best location and in a quieter part of Amsterdam.

It would have been nice to have been informed that they would be going through some construction instead of being woken up at 8am with loud construction banging right outside our window.

Great location!! Well decorated and cozy.

I was not satisfied when the room was cleaned. Floors felt dirty and bathroom counter was not cleaned.

The thing I hated. Was your Television service. I come back to my room and put the BBC channel on for the "Superbowl" and I can't get the picture. BBC 2 as well. Stop with the "bootleg" TV and give the costumer Television. I was so mad

Location was good. Hotel staff was able to move us to a different hotel successfully (room was not cleaned upon arrival, which staff confirmed happens regularly due to cleaning staff shortage).

Upon check-in, we noticed our hotel room was very dirty (dirt in shower, sticky stains on bedside tables, bathroom floor dirty). The staff told us that they have a cleaning staff shortage and can't always clean the rooms well. Very concerning.

I loved that they accomodated my 2 kids with an extra bed and a crib :)

Excellent location. Accessible to just about everything either walking, biking or public transportation, yet in a quiet area. Modern decorations and room setup. Everything felt fresh and new. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Room could have been cleaned better. There were a few strands of dark hair in the shower and sink. Floor was a bit dusty around the edges and under the beds. Guests we're up late talking and smoking around our window. Otherwise would give a perfect score.

I did not like that they did not tell us that breakfast was not included in our price of our hotel. The room was OK but for the price I was kind of expecting at least breakfast
