Location, clean rooms, fantastic breakfast!!

Loved the staff and location. Breakfast was exceptional!

Beds were uncomfortable (they kept popping when we would get off them as I think the springs are worn?) also the AC did not work well even with the instructions/help of the front office staff (who were lovely).

The room was quite big and comfortable, as well as the bathroom. Breakfast was delicious although not included so we had to pay for that. The hotel is located in a quite neighborhood. Although to go to the historical area, walking will take 40 minutes, better by car or bus. Close by there are restaurants and supermarkets. Staff is helpful and friendly.

The only inconvenience is that the lifter was not working but the staff helped us to bring luggage to the third floor. I also thought that the hotel will be at walking distance to the historical city of Amsterdam

Clean, nice size of the room and a great location. We always found a parking spot within 50m, which is important to us with a less mobile person.

Big rooms, nice breakfast, friendly staff.

For the price is lacking in amenities like razor blades, shower caps toothbrush etc.

Cosy Duplex Triple Room. Great hotel, clean, with good location.

Great hotel, albeit a bit faraway from the city center. Close to the public transport stations so it's a big plus. Breakfast is OK. The hotel is in a quiet residential area so it is great for resting. It is my 2nd time staying there and everything was stellar both times.

Large and comfortable room. Very good breakfast. Nice neighborhood.

Great room suited for 3 with a separation. beautiful building and facility. really great distance from everything we needed. nice neighborhood. having the dance school (with the gym) next door was a great plus with atmosphere and a young spirit

Last floor was without elevator (challenging with 3 suitcases)Water hot/cold in shower was problematic and unstable

A cozy refuge from Amsterdam's miserable climate with generally friendly staff. I have mobility issues and appreciated teir concern, especually at breakfast.

One or two of the late-night receptionists need more training and the hotel is largely hidden from the street and needs a sign.

Amazing value for the money, great location, facilities and comfortable beds. Breakfast was very nice, served until 11:00 - which was great.

The breakfast is served until 11:00am , however at 10:45 am the ladies are starting to clean your table regardless if you finished or not.

Easy walk to all sites in Amsterdam

Everything was lovely. However the picture of the courtyard is misrepresented. Nonetheless it did not change our opinion of property

The room was huge - actually twice the size we needed. Shower was fine. Front desk staff nice. Helpful with directions and getting us a cab. Breakfast and coffee machines were good. Thank you.

Little far out for us wanting to walk the center.

The charming hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood, very close to tram station to take you to museums and downtown in minutes. Lovely, comfortable rooms, with high ceilings and lots of natural light.

Check-in was smooth and efficient. Derek went above and beyond to ensure our stay was delightful.

The outdoor seating on the balcony didn't have any cushions and were not provided. The seats were extremely uncomfortable.

Good size room with large comfortable bed. Staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was excellent with a good selection of foods and very clean and comfortable setting.

The distance to attractions is a long walk away, however, a tram station is within close walking distance of you don’t mind paying for it.

Room was very large and comfortable, breakfast was excellent and plentiful, though it is not included in the cost of the room and is extra. Great location, away from the bustle of the city center but still close enough not to be an inconvenience as there is a tram stop close by.

Only downside was the bathroom - it was nice and big and clean BUT when having a shower, the position of the shower head (which was loose and only just stayed in position) meant that a large amount of water escaped out of the shower cubicle onto the bathroom floor. Due to the way the floor has been laid, the water pooled immediately outside the shower. There was unfortunately no drain hole in the middle of the floor, which resulted in the water just staying there. I almost slipped over 3 times over the 4 days I stayed. I reported it the first day I stayed but the only way the water could be removed was by someone mopping it up (which was thankfully done each morning).
