Nice walking distance for all attractions

Amazing room on 3rd floor, lift to 2nd then very difficult stairs thankfully staff got cruise luggage up and down , thank you hotel staff

The location of this hotel is ideal for exploring Amsterdam. Our room faced away from the street and was quiet. The decor is modern.

The room was very small. We missed a desk and two comfortable chairs. The breakfast is expensive.

room was a nice size, view was terrible, was clean, bed was a little uncomfortable , wi-fi was ok . great to reach from the central station, couple of minutes walk to the centre, would stay here again

Strong sewerage smell in the room. I had a room on the basement and the reception staff explained the reasons, but still this problem is not acceptable. Stained carpet, but clean sheets. The coffee machine was missing from the room, despite the fact that it was mentioned on the room's facilities. I recommend to stay away from their basement rooms (I have checked another on on the same level and the smell was even worse).

The location is excellent--incredibly close to Amsterdam Centraal train station--and I found the staff very friendly and helpful. My room was upgraded to one with four beds! Though these were single beds and I was worried the mattresses looked rather thin, I found the beds very comfortable. The room was very spacious.

The main problem, which the kindly member of staff at the front desk said was a complaint the hotel had received from many a guest, is the design of the bathroom. There is no door to the shower, and only a very partial glass screen to keep the water from spilling out onto the floor. Every time one showers, the bathroom floor ends up very wet, and there is no drainage for the water to escape. This must cause the poor cleaning stuff numerous problems every day. This problem is easily fixed and I'm sure the hotel's proprietor must be aware of it. Secondly, the room is very dim; there needs to be much better lighting.

I had booked 2 nights for the Christmas days at this hotel for my parents. Upon arrival in the evening, we felt like the heater in the room was broken since it was very cold. We mentioned this at the check in desk, and the employee provided them with 4-5 blankets. Since it was already quite late in the evening and on Christmas Day, the elektricien couldn’t come. The next morning, the employee provided them with a portable heater and some more blankets. So now the room was able to get warm. During check out, the employee said they will also refund 25% of the first night. Overall, the service he provided was excellent and would totally recommend this hotel!

Dated room wall paper falling of walls, lights broke very noisy, room next to lift and cleaning cupboard which someone came every morning at 7am to get stuff...

The hotel’s location can be considered central and it is close to the train station. The room was very small, but considering hotels in Amsterdam, the size was acceptable in terms of value for money. The bathroom was quite small as well, but the shower area was more than sufficient.When we entered the room, it was very cold. Although it eventually warmed up after turning on the heating, it took a long time and was difficult to adjust. The room was either too hot or too cold, with no comfortable middle setting.We also found the self check-in system unnecessary. There was already someone at the reception 24/7, so trying to use self check-in while staff were present felt pointless. Additionally, the check-in machine was not working properly.Overall, we were satisfied with the hotel in terms of value for money.

The service was amazing staff are very friendly.The location is amazing everything you’d like too see within walking distance. The value for money is exceptional.
