Still not received my deposit back Rooms shocking Not clean Staff not very helpful

The hotel is in a great location next to Dam Square so and close to all main attraction by short walk or short tram ride from Dam square . The shower water pressure was good and hot with heated bathroom mirror which is one of my favourite

as its an old building and a basic hotel I didn't had much expectation, however for the money it charges I was hoping for better rooms but they were too loud couldn't sleep all three days even during weekday. poor plumbing in can hear loud toilet flushing noise in my bathroom .

Staff were so nice,very friendly and helpful, Restraunt lovely, the breakfast included in booking was lovely. location was right beside dam square, so central. cold not ask for a better place to experience amsterdam.

Room was small but equipped with Tv, AC, a kettle with coffee and tea. Staff was super nice and helpful. Hotel is near to many reastaurants and eat out places, shops and red light street.

Not that I didn't like it but good to know in advance: elevator goes up until the 4th floor, if you're on the 5th you need to take the stairs with your luggage to reach the room.

Location was good

Had to wait ages for the door to be answered got let in by someone leaving then still had to wait at least 15 mins for reception to turn up didn’t like the fact that had to pay €100 deposit ? For what I feel was a low standard room. Could barely fit on the toilet as was so close to the wall and shower, breakfast was poor cold scrambled egg no butter or jam for toast or croissants would not stay again quite expensive for possibly 2 star hotel

Comfortable enough stay with pleasant helpful staff.Basic room but clean and serviceable with great view of the street below and all the New Year fireworks! We were on the third floor with a large window.Breakfast simple and self service with excellent scrambled eggs. Friendly guy overseeing it all.Would definitely return if ever back in that area.

A bath mat would’ve been appreciated and the shower a tad frustrating with going hot and cold.

We love this hotel it’s basic but very clean and nice staff we’ve stayed probably 5 times is as central as it gets

It was clean and neat and the receptionist were very helpful and polite

I will definitely be staying again and recommend Hotel Doria to anyone staying in Amsterdam and would like a nice hotel with a Central Location. Check in was very simple and welcoming. Our room was very nice and the shower was a high standard. Thank you very much to the staff who organised a welcome surprise for my girlfriend on her birthday. Throughout our stay the staff were all very nice. Breakfast was included and was great. We were even allowed to safely store our bags after check out as our flight was in the evening.

We enjoy the fact that we were in centre city near restaurant and entertainment. The breakfast was really good with a lot of choice to choose from. The room was clean and the staff really friendly.

I didn't like the shower and only 1 bed light was working.

Single room it was clean and bed was comfortable nice to have room made up every day and fresh towels also able to make a cup of teaBreakfast was not a large selection but enough to chose from

Cleanliness could have been better. Odd smells and stains in the bathroom. The white towels were so used that some were grayish. The breakfast wasn't very good.

Everything, from the location to the staff , to the value of money you spent compared to the service you get. Also i like that they put the emergency call in the room just in case which show that they care , something I didn't even see in 7 stars hotels

There's a heater in the room but it can get a lil cold, also the room is a bit small but for the price it's kinda expected

Easy to find, booked us in 2/3 hours earlier than the set time with zero problems what so ever! The room was clean spacious and even managed to get a balcony! Staff were helpful, friendly and welcoming, 10/10 would recommend to a friend and will stay here anytime I come to Amsterdam!

I have no idea how this hotel got 3 stars. Very basic room.No fridge. There is a major issue with the cleanliness of their linnen and bed sheets. There were hair every where. Either they did not change it between customers or they don't clean then properly.

The location was great

The price comparing the quality of beds and the room is very small for couple with one son . The breakfast is very poor , should be improved .

Close - within walking distance from tourist attractions

Single room is really very small - there is a strange smell and it os npt particurlarly clean - carpets on stairs and walls and doors. Was also a bit noisy
