Great value for money

What’s missing: a dedicated hotel parking area that guests could book at a discounted rate or have included in the room price.Our room was unfortunately not perfectly clean upon arrival. To turn off the TV, we had to search for the remote – it was found in a corner on the floor behind the curtain, which was not pleasant to see

The property was really dirty with hair found everywhere, the carpets also extremely dirty

Everything above as-well as the staff who didn’t have a clue and kept making mistakes and when i pointed his mistake he was very defensive making snide comments to the point the manager had to come and help him and direct him each way, disgusting attitude and no apology offered

It wasn't too far from central makes it easy and cost efficient to travel to central.

Bedding and mattress was dirty when I checked in.

The women who is in reception and also next to the bar they didn’t want to borrow the bottle opener for opening a bottle…Saying that they don’t have a bottle opener in a bar or in the hotel , shame on them

The hotel staff were very friendly, welcoming, and helpful—not only with issues related to the room but also with other questions we had. The location is convenient: about a 12-minute walk from the metro station, which made it easy to get around. There are also several shops and places to eat near the metro. Overall, a comfortable and pleasant stay!The room had everything we needed, including a mini fridge, which was especially useful since we were traveling with a small child—something many hotels don’t offer anymore. We also appreciated the complimentary coffee in the room.Within 1 week we had every day changed towels, new coffee tablets, some small cleaning to stay every day comfortable.

However, there were some downsides. The hotel is a bit outdated, and the sinks in the room are very narrow—brushing your teeth is not very comfortable. Sound insulation from the corridor could be better; although the corridors were quiet during our stay, we could still hear some noise from outside the room.The most frustrating part was the communication: it’s nearly impossible to reach the hotel by phone or message, which was a real issue. There are many hotels in the city with nearly identical names and photos (only the last word in the name is different), and we accidentally booked a location in the north of the city instead of the center because of this confusion on Booking.com. Since we couldn't contact the hotel, we weren’t able to resolve the issue or get any compensation. Even when ordering food delivery to our room, the couriers ended up at the wrong hotel across town. Make sure to double-check the exact name and location before booking!Also, hotel website offered much-much cheaper room prices than here. Tadaaaaaa!

Quiet , pleasant staff . Lovely bed .

Bit old and dated . Especially the hallways , they smell . First day , no towels in room Second day , no coffee or sugar Third day , asked for more coffee 4th day , two coffee pods .woohoo ! Well done team !

We requested an early check in and it was possible.

It states that it’s only 5km away from the city center but it’s very far, nothing is nearby you need at least a bus and metro to get the city centerBesides, there was a very weird noise in the room we couldn’t sleep because of it

Cozy, tv is nice and big to watch Netflix. Orderly structured.

Hairdryer didn't work, ground was still dirty from prior residents. It was cleaned the next day but they entered the room without asking. Fridge smelled bad.

breakfast was disappointing. these cheese was very dry and had obviously been out on the table for ages. not much choice for the money we paid

We didn’t know about the subway, and took a cab over to the property. The cabs take advantage of the situation when you don’t know about the subway

Friendly staff, easy parking, excellent breakfast, room was good, but small.

Bathroom adequate but very small, no shelf in shower to put shampoo etc. Limited space for luggage and clothes if you stay a bit longer. Breakfast was too early, before 9 am!

Far from city, quiet place to sleep

Far from metro, crammed room and smelly toilet. Without lift to move up luggage. Lack of facilities.

The child developed a rash from the crib, probably due to bedbugs.The mattress on the double bed was stained with blood and coffee, just covered with a bedspread. There was an unpleasant smell from the bathroom. The metro is not as close as stated; it's about a 15-minute walk away.

Awful and appalling value for...

They charged EUR 20 more than the booking.com tax inclusive confirmed price and wouldn't budge. They also may also have charged me twice, although I need to confirm whether one gets refunded.Room was old, tired, and poorly maintained. Absolutely ridiculous price for what you get.Awful experience. Try and avoid at all costs.
