Like the spacious of the room - liked the design and decor.

The bar closed early at 11pm

Nice big room, comfortable bed, cookies and water provided, metro and parking right next to the hotel so ideal location for exploring the city. Good restaurant options nearby (also fir breakfast) and plenty of fun for the kids in the lobby (e.g. pingpong). Friendly staff, clean room.

The first night, there was a loud event downstairs.

Our TV wasn't working as expected and they moved us to another room to provide this service. Both rooms were perfectly clean and comfortable and both had pleasant views.

There were a couple days when we woke up too late, told the cleaner to come back a couple hours later and ended up coming back at the end of the day to an unserviced room. Probably our fault but would be a great plus to ensure rooms are cleaned and restocked even if the guests leave past 12pm. On that same note, when the room was cleaned it was mostly making the bed and on occasion emptying the bin, we stayed there for 5 days and would have really really appreciated for the floor to have been vacuumed at least once halfway through.

The property was very clean and welcoming. Our room was kept clean everyday and we felt very comfortable in it. The staff was very polite. The metro was almost in front of the hotel. There was also a food market nearby. We loved our stay!

I think this is the best hotel I’ve stayed in. Location: absolutely ideal. Metro stop is right outside, connecting you with the center and easy transfer to the airport. Plenty of restaurants and cafes around too. No noise outside.Room: well-decorated, bed is comfy, and thermostat is easy to use. I had a coffee maker, mini fridge, and a bathroom stocked with some high-end toiletries. The shower was sooooo nice too.Staff: SO FRIENDLY! They were so quick to help and really personable — not buttoned up tight. Laundry: the app to reserve machines was on the Fritz, but the staff helped me get a machine open super fast. Cafe: Good drinks and a nice selection of snacks.Atmosphere: the hotel has plenty of fun events to hang out with other guests, which is nice if you’re traveling solo and looking to meet new people.

We had the room with the city view on 12th floor, and it was awesome.

The keycard sometimes couldn’t function properly to the locks of the staircase and the laundry.

Proximity to a metro station just a few stops away from the city center and the large lobby area that features a cafe, bar, and loads of tables to do work at.

There was a foul odor coming from the shower drain.

The vibe of this hotel was cozt and laid back. Staff was friendly and the location was perfect. My only negative was lighting in the bathroom was not that great. Overall I would recommend.

The updated rooms are beautiful! Such nice small touches with coffee/tea, Tony's chocolates and cookies. The layout of the room was amazing.

Amazingly friendly staff. Exceptionally kind and helpful. Very flexible and relaxed too, Jessy gave is an extra hour to check out for free. Another staff member exchanged a bike we rented, which had a flat tire, and we could bring the bike key later, when we come back to the hotel (bike rental 12 euros per 24h btw and the bikes are decent). Really lovely and easy going. Comfy bed, amazing view, free welcome cookies in the room, nice smelling hand wash! Frying pan, a pot and basic utensils in the kitchen, everything very practical. Also - great location.

A minor thing was no separate kettle (water boiler), there is a nespresso machine in the studio, which also has a hot water function, but if you need more than a few drops it takes forever. Also the bathroom doors are rather transparent, in case you re travelling with another person and would like more privacy. But all-together id go back there any day anyway:)
