More space in bathroom for toiletries near the sink would be appreciated.The water closer door was partially blocked due to cabinet placement.The shower room sink drained poorly.

Awesone rooms, clean, comfy bed and sofa, very calm and silent.

Couldnt name a thing.

The shower kept flooding the bathroom because the shower floor isnt angled to the drain. Surfaces werent cleanBed is a way too soft for us

I like the way it was quiet and in one of the old style townhouses that have been converted into apts for people to stay

Would be nice to be able to open the windows properly off a morning so that was abit of a let down but overall good place

check-in was smooth and all self-service. The entrance area was clean and unobstructed. The code for the doors worked. The room was very warm upon arrival. All necessities were there like towels, toilet paper etc. The room was clean, bathroom clean, and outdoor court area was clean too.

The rooms could have been better represented on the website. It looked nothing like advertised as the room we got was tucked into an alley corner, when we would have paid more to have the upper floor depicted. The bedside lamps didn't work.The bathroom was tiny.

Quiet location, easily accessible from Centraal Station.

There appeared to be a smoking area just outside our room so as soon as we opened the door, we got cigarette smells.We reported issues with bedside lights and they still hadn't been fixed when we left. Shower has no step so water comes through bottom of door and soaks mat. No segregation of rubbish/recycling. No instructions for hob and oven and as we weren't familiar with operation we had to look it up on YouTube. Even then we burnt our bread rolls instead of cooking them.

The location, the maintenance supervisor was super helpful and friendly

We had the loudest buzzing noise from the extractor fan the first night and made sleep impossible. Loud noises from mice scratching in the walls and running across the floor above us. Rooms are not sound proof, can hear everything from other rooms. Shower is open and water goes every where, smell of damp.

The property is lovely, quiet and hidden away from the hustle and bustle but still only a short walk from the red light district and Amsterdam Central

Close to city centre. Easy checkin and checkout. Staff quick to respond to message and it was nice and warm

Walls are really thin - can hear the apartments next door through the vents and can be very loud. Also the shower leaks a lot - the whole floor is wet by time you’ve finished. The checkin time is also VERY late in the day and there’s nowhere to store your bag so you have to pay for storage on top of the expensive stay it’s not helpful

The appartments are very close to the Train Station and close to the Center.Everything you need is within walking distance.

I found a lot of hair in the pillows.The flat had a mouse , they changed us rooms and there was another mouse there.The walls are "fake" walls, you could hear people talking two rooms apart.They did some maintenance in the building and we didnt have electricity for an entire day.We adressed the issue and arranged a morning visit from the team to fix the issue .They came about 2.5 hours later and fixed it within minutes.If you are just visiting and you need a place only to sleep and do your thing its ok due to its location.

The convenience about check in and out it’s pretty safe the building. Location js outstanding

The ground floor apartments are extremely noise

The only good thing about the place was the location. Also, the staff of Numa company ( I believe they are caretaker of the property) were helpful and tried their best to resolve the issues but without much luck.

The issues began with the location of the apartment. Situated in the basement on a busy street, it often gets quite noisy, and privacy is a significant concern. Ventilation is poor, and the kitchen items seem suited only for two people and list can go on. But the biggest problem was the bathtub blockage, which happened on three out of the five days we stayed. Though it was repaired twice, the same issue kept recurring, causing stress and wasting our time. One day, we lost an entire hour dealing with it, which ultimately disrupted our plans. For all this struggle, we heard only one word from the property management just "sorry".

Excellent Location

Don't be fooled by the pictures on booking.com, this is not the apartment you will be given. All dockside apartments are in damp basements. Instructions poor, support unhelpful. Had the fire bridge out twice & lost power 3 times due to next door flat refurbishment. No consideration given. No hairdryer either.

Not too far of a walk from the central station (Amsterdam Centraal), quirky studio with good amenities provided. Wifi speeds were good.

Signs of wear & tear around the property, as well as spiders, but nothing major which can be helped!

Location was close to walk to places.

No toaster or oven. No luggage storage.
