Great location, beds very comfy

Rooms only attended once out of the three days which meant we didn’t get fresh mugs/glasses or towels. Also there was a silverfish in one of the beds! Also list of noise like a non-stop washing machine for two out of three nights but didn’t stop us sleeping.

The locations very good and the building is nicely heated and toasty, great in the cold weather, bed was very comfortable

Super central. Clean, virtual concierge self checkin worked flawlessy.

We could store our luggage after checkout, however the depot could be accessible to anyone with key cards at the the self checkin corner. We didn’t have any issues, but if you have valuables it’s gonna be sketchy

Really lovely location, in a pretty part of Amsterdam. Everything walkable, some great little cafes & restaurants nearby. Felt very safe at night. Room was perfect m, great shower.

Nothing really but those with mobility issues should ask for a ground floor/low room as the stairs are very steep.

Apartment very small and single bed very small. No fridge in room, although staff were more than happy to store items in their fridge.

Absolutely loved this hotel, the rooms are so clean, beautifully decorated and super cosy! Great location, really handy for walking and using the tram. Staff are so pleasant! All round 10/10. Will definitely be back!

Steep stairs

We really liked our stay here. It's a small hotel with narrow staircases and no lift but that wasn't an issue for us at all. The location is great, walkable to a lot of things and great restaurants nearby. The room was nice and comfy and clean. Would definitely stay here again

Great location, loved having the whole top floor to ourselves. Easy to get anywhere by walking or public transportation. Clean, comfortable, A/C, kettle.

The stairs!

Was in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to different parts off the city. Easy to get to and find. Had loads of hot water, aircon, comfortable bed and enough space for you to spread out a bit. We preferred to open the windows to let in the cooler air so it was nice that the windows allowed us to do that. The receptionist was very kind. We flew in early and we were able to store our bags at 0900 until we could check in at 1500. She checked us in when we did that and gave us our keys for when we came back. We’re were on the 3rd floor (4th if your American) and when we came back to get into our room, our bags were brought up for us!

If you’re looking for a place with a lot of amenities or something a little closer to city center, I’d look elsewhere. We really didn’t need that as we were out the door in the morning and came back in the evening and we love to walk. It was perfect for that. People may struggle as there are only small stairs (this is included in the hotel’s description and we knew about).

Room was compact, but arranged in highly functional way and was nicely appointed. Bed comfortable and bathroom met all needs. Hotel is very centrally located to tourist attractions, but in a neighborhood of residences, small restaurants, shops, and coffee/breakfast places, location did not feel touristy at all. Walk to most attractions in 15 minutes or less and public transportation very close to hotel just short tram ride from train stations

The stairs are steep to rooms, we are a couple of 70+ year olds and not an issue Staff will help with suitcases if you need help. You can hear some sounds from floor above, but not an issue.

Staff were very friendly and even lifted our suitcases up to the top floor for us. Great view from the hotel room but a bit noisy late at night - lots of bars/restaurants. Located in nice neighbourhood, train station right out front direct to central station. Short walk to city centre.

Hotel room a bit of a squeeze for 4 people. But overall a very good room!

Excellent location, central to a lot of the places we wanted to visit. Nice bars and coffee shops near by. Lovely clean hotel boutique with all facilities required.

We asked for room our room to be made up with fresh water and coffee but this didnt happen

Great location! Easy to reach by public transport. The beds were super comfy, the AC worked, and the bathroom was nice and spacious

I would definitely stay here again! The only negative was that the room was a touch small, but expected given its in a great location in Amsterdam. Overall it wasnt a big deal

Location and staff were amazing. The room was very clean.

We had some issues with the keys, but the staff helped us even after the reception was closed. My only complaint is the mattresses, they use some mattress toppers that keep moving and we're not comfy.
